So why did the administrators of EG White’s estate go into the Probate office October 2007 claiming the fields were part of her estate And was in 2012 Revenue realised this incorrect claim when they took a case against the purported buyers of three properties and would have been keeping a watching brief of all the builders transactions subsequent to that particular case

The valuation office records up to 1987 when they stopped 10 years after rates were  abolished also showing John O Shea as owner of the fields where it says a small house and garage which were the sheds which burnt to the ground spring 1994 none of the other fields in the area had sheds And in 2005 land registry shows the fields coming in behind the houses Chimes and Thendara until you come to Hollywood house and as said that was an OSI map for 1997 which is embedded in the document

It turns out were the fields as O Sheas Pub at that point was in NAMA and John O Shea under the Irish version of his name was down as owner of Corcha Duibhne 1942 onwards including the Thoms directory 1962-1963 the time period Kevin White was supposed to own the fields The Reps of Charles Hogan is down on Valuation Office records for the same fields and map attached to the record up as far as the valuation office records went 1987 Now Corcha Duibhne translation from Irish means a marshy peninsula so where in Laois or Offaly is they one of those? Newspaper Article November 2014 The National Assets Management Agency is pursuing a Dublin businessman for a €2.1 million judgment. It is alleged security for a €1.5m loan advanced by Irish Nationwide Building Society to James O’Shea included a mortgage over his interest in the Clonskeagh House pub in Clonskeagh, Dublin. National Assets Loan Management Ltd (NALM) claims the loan agreement was transferred to Nama in 2010 and is now being administered on its behalf by Capita Assets Services (Ireland) Ltd. Mr O’Shea, Richview Villas, Clonskeagh, informed NAMA in June 2011 that Clonskeagh House Ltd intended to surrender its lease over the pub and he was proposing to grant a new lease to another company James O Shea lived at 9 Richview Villas 2014, Terence Chapman lived at 8 Richview Villas in 1950 as per Thoms

So that would mean Marjoy had a stake in Thendara The reps of Charles Hogan owned Corca Duibhne the fields behind Chimes, and given the transfer of name with the Chimes bungalow owned by Roebuck Hall Ltd, and Chimes formerly Crammagh Roebuck Hall Ltd owned Chimes. So the sale in 2007 was indecorous. All of James O Shea assets would have to been declared by NAMA in the Commercial courts and that would have included Corcha Duibhne so that is a High Court Record and the current President of the High Court Peter Kelly headed up the Commercial Courts in that time period And both of the witnesses subpoenaed who never made a show and was not issued with a bench warrant by Judge Humphreys went on to work for NAMA after 2007 and had to know about Corcha Duibhne Was it a case of “Follow the money” a catchphrase popularized by the 1976 drama-documentary motion picture All the President’s Men, which suggests political corruption can be brought to light by examining money transfers between parties. Now during the court case Nemesisone handed to their legal team a sale record for Chimes 8/12/2011 where Chimes sold for €650,000 the year Savills were appointed by NAMA and 27/07/2016 where Chimes sold again for €153,000 that was halfway through the 8 month non-publicly requested adjournment and when NAMA were in the courts over James O Shea

However Thoms directory has Kevin White in that bungalow called Chimes 1955-1965 In 1965 the house between Hollywood House and Thendara was called Chimes and Kevin White was the name in it The bungalow called Chimes between a house called Sonas and a bungalow called Crofton at the other end of Mount Anville Road was renamed The Matchbox and FJ Henry FRCSI was in it Not as was said in a courtroom and would explain why the house was not sold in the property boom as that house existed called Cramagh up to 1965 then Chimes had to have deeds. As per Valuation office 1953 records the Cramagh house was called Corca Duibhne unit 41a meaning in Scottish gaelic Peninsula Bay, unit 41b Hollywood House both owned by Charles Hogan and Corca Duibhne occupied by Sean O Shea, Thendara unit 40a Mount Anville Lodge unit 40b Ceadermount unit 39a It was only in 1974 Valuation Office records that the unit number changed to unit 50b for Hollywood House and unit 50c Chimes and unit 50a was Dublin County Council Which had been the Charles Hogan building land in the 1953 Valuation office record However in the 1974 Valuation office records Corcha Duibhne unit 41a still exists however as building land occupier Sean O Shea owned by Charles Hogan Could that be the land disposed of as Chimes 2011, given the interchange of public records in this matter? So those official records do not match what was said by the Niamh White, Barry White and their two Senior Counsel said in court and accepted by the sitting judge as factual evidence And why does Ciaran Foley run with two spellings of his Christian name  he took silk  1986 under the Kieran Foley he is in the law library under Ciaran P Foley And no record of Ciaran Foley called to the bar 1974 either July of December 1974 they were unusual as the only ones the Chief Justice of the day called he was only there 18 months before dying in office as said in his Barrister profile on Law Library documents Under the flat in Monkstown he had 1976-1983 just the surname Foley Then a Noel Peart in the same flat with a Patrick Kennedy in a flat two doors down also there when Foley no Christian name was in flat 1 And Ciaran Foley in a house currently demolished where a couple in Florida with the surname Foley although if it is the doctor concerned she has been dead since 2005 her licence cancelled her death registration publicly available to get tenants out  same solicitor Nemesisone engaged  A Noel Peart is on Department of Justice records as receiving payment for fees 1991 As is George Brady and Barry White And the judge hearing the case that had the case gone the way all cases are supposed to go, in a fair and impartial way Nemesisone would not have looked into the actual ownership of the land purportedly sold something a legal team was engaged and paid to do As 17th July 2019 Nemesisone got off Luas George Brady came out of the gate at Chancery Street and walked down church street in front of them and then into the courts at Inns Quay through the public entrance for no apparent reason so the White family or their SC’s are rattled. Now on 29th August 2022 3.35pm Kieran Foley was seen walking across the street in Dun Laoghaire between Bank of Ireland and Dunnes Stores and he then walked up Northumberland Avenue so what was that about ? On December 3rd 2018 he was seen in Tesco Bloomfield well hindsight showed that was the day of Niamh White’s funeral someone he falsely claimed in court was a sibling relation to Nemesisone despite that no one informed Nemesisone of the death Court Record 21st November 2016 Ciaran Foley v Deloitte 2016/10370P Plaintiff Ciaran Foley Solicitors Thomas Montgomery a firm slated in court October November 2016 by Ciaran Foley and George Brady and still his firm was prepared to act for Mr Ciaran Foley Surely there was a conflict of interest? In 1986 Thoms Director had a Patrick Foley living at Twin Trees and in The Meath Chronicle 6th December 1986 a Kieran Foley was elected to the committee of Simonstown Gaels

And recent events October 2022 and March 2023 might explain why Mr Foley was in that area And let him go over the transcript for the 2016 case where his fellow barrister made reference to the person concorned and said regarding the person now dead had he taken a case along the lines he suggested in 2007 it could have stopped the sale and words along the lines brought the whole thing crashing down And the dead person representation with Mr Foley October 2016 was that anything to do with recent events October 2022- March 2023 and what Mr Foley knew about them in 2016

So Why claim in Brigid Mitchell’s death notice December 2014 the sister Marna- Margaret Bernadette Wild nee Kennealy was still alive when she died 24th February 1999 as per Probate records issued 23rd November 2022

Had those who claimed other wise fact checked and looked at the type print they would see what has been claimed is not true

That house as of 1987-1997 Thoms directory had a Mr Patrick Foley as the occupier well that is the middle name of Ciaran Foley as per a Irish Sugar report Ciaran Foley did in the 1980’s Then a George Mc Kean from 1998-2003 Then no mention of the house until 2005 -2012 with an Adrienne Ringrose however at that point the house was the last on the list for the road, along with four other houses not in order of where they are on the road but after a large modern house on the road where one of the occupiers had Portland-Miller as their surname, so How did the Foley family come back into the ownership/plaintiff for the 2016 court case, unless it never changed hands? And shows a link between the Miller Foley and White family never admitted, but obvious to see in the court case 2016 And an accountant  retiree of the Barton Family was seen outisde that house September 2021 said to be doing the garden however there is a record of a Barton marrying a Foley in 1982 US And  Mary T Barton Warwickshire marying a Kevin P Foley 3rd quarter 1983 and a death notice for  an Anges Barton Foley 1975  in Vancover Canada

There is Hilary J White matches the description of the Hilary White who attended the inquest March 2020 The person said both woman who attended as the White family were in their sixties where Mary Hilary White is in here late seventies   This person is Hilary J White, Alexander Technique Teacher  one Wednesday a month There is also a email adress for her working at the only supermarket owned by John Lewis Partnership She was born Hilary J White date of birth January 1957 mothers maiden name Lane  Page 525 Volume 7a Newton Abbot County Devon And a Vivianne A White was born 1st quarter 1963 Volume 5F page 28 South Middlesex mothers maiden name Lane

18th March 2018 a person died whom it shows had married to Mary Jennifer White in 1967 well by 31st of March 2018 it appears a proxy had been taken out against Niamh White so what did she say on that as in the newspapers December 1966 there was a picture of a four year old Vivienne born 3rd quarter 1962 whom had this mans surname at the opening of a shopping centre and had the same person 1968-1969 been in the USA on tour and had Mary Jennifer been with him?

Now there is a Nursery in Swinburne Street Jarrow South Shields director a Vivienne White and the distance between that Nursery and the two addresses given for William Jason White Graham White in 2011 records is 4 minute by car

Irish Homes Ltd owner of 34 Sycamore Road 1971-1986 as per valuation office Frederick Hanna Occupier 1967-1985 Irish Homes Ltd owner of 34 Sycamore Road RM Humphreys occupier 1986 no further records in the valuation office RM Humphreys was the son of Bob Humphreys His son Richard Humphreys must have lived in the house in his teenage years and then used it as his electoral registered address for County Council matters 2009-2015 and to actually register as a candidate with the electoral commission 2009, 2014 Irish Homes Ltd owner of 34 Sycamore Road 1971-1986 as per valuation office Frederick Hanna Occupier 1967-1985

And it was the same judge Davitt who heard the fraud charge that heard the case in 1953 not taken by Kevin White as said in the White family folklore but by a Mr Oakley against Kevin White and a solicitor called Kelly Kevin White was  acting as  a front for Mr Oakley and he got €3000 for a fee that was to cover the purchase of land on Mount Anville Road without it no land was purchased Hence Kevin residing in the rented bungalow at the other end of Mount Anville Road The case was Mr Oakley looking for his fee back which he was given in a court decree for €2600 and hence the Bankrupcy 1955 as Mr Kelly went overseas There is also a dangerous driving charge against Kevin White in Enniskerry in 1935
