A Tombstone

October 12, 2012

Now why would a search for this headstone cause such commotion?  As on  the 9th September 2012 when the petitioner asked someone to look for it as they lived near the village, where the graveyard is. That evening  as the Petitioner was walking home, three people who seemed to know something about this matter looked  perplexed as they drove past the Petitioner  Two of the persons, if they are who they appear to be,  could be used in this context as an analogy of the equivalent to Lehman Brothers Bank As had the two persons acted correctly. Then Barry White would not have been in a position to hold onto assets after his mother’s, death in 2001, to make a fraudulent settlement on one of his daughters in 2005 with those assets, to take out a substantial loan which he had to use something as collateral. And could there be any correlation in this, to another of his daughter’s using what appears to be a pseudo name?

As can be seen from the headstone the woman has been dead for the last twenty-nine years She was a neighbour of Kevin and Emily G  White for approx 15 years 1942 -1956 And that was the address given for  Land Registry Folio 4461 cancelled in 2009 despite Emily G White whose name was on the Folio  been dead at that point for eight years

The dead woman moved out of that address in 1982, to another location in the area. She had worked on the service industry for all of her working life. There was a memorial mass for the dead woman in her local parish Dundrum Co Dublin, where she had spent all of her adult life in October 1983 The person doing the search for this grave also learnt that someone had done a search for that grave in that church 21-24 months ago. So who was that and why? Two woman both from a solicitors background, when told about the confirmation of this grave, have said “they are going to have to exhume that body” So in what context has the dead woman been used?

Now the following Tuesday 11thSeptember 2012 the Petitioner learnt from the person doing the search, that one of the White family gave a  payment to the Sacristan in that church  So  that she would not give out information to anyone asking on the Petitioner’s  behalf The Petitioner  has the Sacristan’s  phone number   The person doing the search also had someone who knew this dead woman’s nephew  talk to him The nephew  said he did not want to discuss anything about the Chamber family, he also advised this individual to have nothing to do with the person doing the search. The Petitioner  also has the nephew’s mobile number  The nephew is in his late fifties married  and has not worked his @70 acre farm for the last three years, His mother the sister of the dead woman is in a Private  Nursing Home  it costs €795 a month

The dead woman is in the middle of the first photograph, which was taken in June 1980
