The other James Maher had qualified as doctor however was injured in the War of Independence 1922 and was invalided out he was mentioned as doctor then He died on 22nd August 1977 he was in and out of St Luke’s Mental Hospital he died in Mullinahone Co Tipperary his title of Doctor was not mentioned n his obituary and did have a brother called John in London as John was mentioned as a brother in his will And the will for James John Maher address Tipperary was refused processing by the Probate office in Dublin in 1980 James Maher who died on 22nd August 1977 will was processed by the Probate office again in 1980 Now this is on the 1939 register Maher Household (2 People) Saint Julian Field Hill, Batley M.B., Yorkshire (West Riding), England There is no mention of children, they would have been in the register as under school age children, so why were Julian and Micheline And that has been shown by the obituary of Dr Nora Plunkett 1970 And a James Maher Leeds South Yorkshire England married in 1930 a Dorothy Mary Willott Now the James Maher who died in St Lukes Mental hospital August 1977 would have had an autopsy done that is obligatory under the Coroners Act, so it would have included his martial status married his spouse Hilda Maher nee Grove not Mary Ellen Kennedy his occupation a doctor his father Denis Maher In his will in the National Archives it mentions his family one brother John “Jim” Maher whose spouse Dorothy Willmott who lived in Camden London the records say James Maher said he was a refuse collector

However there is an inquest report 7th May 1976 where an itinerant child was killed 15th March 1976 in a road accident outside a school on Lake Road Tipperary and Paula Wallace was the doctor called to the scene so nothing wrong with her four months before her own death In the previous 12 months three death notices acknowledging Dr Paula Wallace as the doctor to the deceased, As the sympathy notice to Mrs Albert Maher 9th October 1976 shows James Maher doctor was her father as distinct from James “Jim” Maher male nurse as the James “Jim” Maher did not attended Paula’s funeral September 1976 could Dr James Maher in and out of St Lukes have done so instead Now in The Nationalist Tipperary 21st November 1970 there is an obituary to a Dr Nora Plunkett nee Maher daughter of the late Mr and Mrs D C Maher Ardmayle Cashel married a Dr Harold Plunkett practised in the London Area and aunt of Dr Paula Wallace Emly/Cappawhite sister Mrs Albert Maher. This aunt Nora Plunkett a female doctor was never mentioned, while Dr Julian Maher and Dr Michele Davies are mentioned as mourners they are not specified as related On 3rd February 2020 Nemesisone did a search in the GRO Werburgh Street there is no death registration for a Paula Wallace 1976 in any month nor Paula Kennealy/Kenneally or Paula Kennedy There is a Bridget Mary Maher Tipperary died 9th September 1976 however age 74 and In the UK death records there is the same Brigid Mary Maher Ladyswell Street Tipperary however that date of death is 20th July 1977 amount left in will £6,217 Administration London 29th August 1977 And in the National Archives there is a grant taken out for Vivienne Paula Wallace no will it said she owned the property in Tippeary and there was another house Auburn Villa in Monskstown co Dublin the values of those two properties match the probate value of Brigid Mary Maher and James John Maher’s will in London lodged 1977 And the sale of the Auburn Villa House on the Irish grant documents 1977 was the same date as the lodging of the probate for Brigid Mary Maher in London 15th July 1977 However that Brigid Mary Maher came from Killeaney Abbeyleix and died in November 1988 and from 1970-1983 had a number of notices for renewal and suitability of fitness for premises in Abbeyleix and Templemore in the Leinster Express and Irish Independent And A Mary Brigid Maher had a notice in the Nationalist and Leinster Times January 2003 for a past pupil reunion for Brigidine Convent Mountrath. And an Ellen Kennedy Clonmel 21st August 1976 Nenagh however the age 77 unless that should read 37 And a Maureen Nagle age 36, so correct in age, Dublin 8 registered December 1978 And a William Maher married an Eliza Nagle in Roscrea Tipperary 1899 marriage registered 1st quarter 1900 and an Anastasia Nagle married a William Maher 1st quarter 1894 in Cashel Co Tipperary, so the use of a grandmother’s surname was available And there is a marriage registration for a Rosaleen Duffy and an electoral roll registration for her as Rosaleen Shaw on Rueben Ave Dublin 8 1955-1956 along with a marriage record to a Rosaleen Duffy and a Joseph Shaw 1951 Joseph and Rosaleen Shaw lived at 8 Reuben Avenue 1952-1956 and 6 Grenville Avenue Dunlin 8 1962-1964. Joseph Shaw had a clothes manufacturing business at 7 Camden Street so an address there could have been available

Now the Belleek Headstone as with others is incorrect as already said George Forrest is buried in Handsworth Birmingham and the date of birth for the person who died 1990 it was said was the day Michael Mac Hugh died well according to Drumcliff church records he died 15th December 1905 not 17th December 1905 This is the fourth headstone where such discrepancies have been found and all have the hallmarks of been done in the last few years nowhere near the date the persons in the grave died even the last person buried in the plot The Nature of chimaera is defined as wild, fanciful, well what has been established over recent weeks could apply here The burial records for George and Charles Forrest if they were per the dates on the Belleek headstone he is buried in Birmingham not Belleek There is also a birth record for a child born in the time period to that name in Great Britain The burial place is a communal grave where family members would get together to buy a grave between them. There are no death certificate registrations in Northern Ireland for either deaths There is a death record for an Archibald TW Forrest who died in Monaghan General Hospital May 1948 death registered in Mid Surrey Probate taken out August 1948  That age matches the age of the George Forrest who died in Harrow same date of death Now why did Deirdre Forrest put up that headstone and give herself as Next of Kin as the age is incorrect  As in that plot 15 is a Annie Hillman who died in 2004 It had to be for net financial gain as her husband David Wilkie died 3rd March 2013 and by the third week in March 2013 the 2 woman in thier 60’sand a Black 08 D Saab  and the two young woman in their 20’s in the 09 DX Gun metal grey mini were going up and down to Borris House until November 2013 when money changed hands  As for the third person added to that headstone  the date of birth on it December 1905 does not match the date of birth for the GRO registration for Catherine Teresa Kennealy which was April 1907 There were it was said  two other children to that marriage Deirdre Forrest born last quarter 1938, it was said however there is a Deirdre Kennedy born  3rd quarter 1937 and the mothers name Mc Manus and a Deirdre Forrest born Lewisham London 3rd quarter mother maiden name Wildey And in the Sydney Morning Herald 31st May 1967 a birth notice for a David John Forrester (Maher) in Brackets a brother for Paul so who might that be Irish Guards Any thing to do with a person who married in the Irish Guards Chapel January 1996? And that would show Mary Ellen Kennedy first if all married John Maher 1935 in England and then George Forrest 1938 in Ireland under the name Catherine Theresa Kennedy  However the divorce for John Maher did not go through until 1939 Ad an Ann V Forster was born Poole Dorset 2nd quarter 1939

Now the Rugby Club Joseph Kenneally played for won the Lenister Senior Cup 1934-1935 and a current sitting judges grandfather played for that club not it might be said on the Cup winning team that year And Paul C Forrest born January- March 1942 in Ballyshannon vol 2 page 4 mother’s maiden name Kennedy and the Catherine Theresa Kennealy was Mary Ellen Kennedy There is no record in Bohernabreena Cemetery of the person it was said was buried there on the Belleek headstone now they was a burial ceremony there however it must be under another name It has now been found that three headstones are not accurate in what they say about the person in the grave underneath or connected as already said the gravestone in Belleek only put up 2015 despite the person dying 71 years ago 24th December 1948 same date of death for a Frances M White born April 1951 Probate taken out in Winchester 25th April 2019 And a Peter Wilkie died 3rd March 2013 and probate taken out 2nd July 2013 and a Mary Ellen WIlkie died 17th July 2021 probate taken out 3rd November 2021

Now this is the Newton household under the 1939 Register as can be seen Denis Frederick Newton born 14th December 1935 and that matches the death registration for the Denis Newton who died 3rd December 1997 was he one of what was termed Pied Piper Children who were evacuated out of London and the major cities in 1939-1941 and where allocated to families in the country was James Maher Batley such a family? There was a fourth member file closed whomever that is Sorry, this record is officially closed. Now when Julian Maher attended Aideen White and John Monson wedding June 1980 All pictures of Julian Maher subsequently went missing Konkie was blamed, however it has been shown she had no reason to take them Did the closed file person go to high echelon in the British civil service. The following report was in the Irish Times 15th June 2012 Garda inquiry into bullying incident An end of year incident at a girls’ secondary school in south county Dublin, which had been described by Minister for Education Ruairí Quinn as “sheer bullying”, is now the subject of a Garda inquiry. A fifth-year student at fee-paying Mount Anville in Goatstown, who was abducted May 2012 by sixth-year schoolmates left tied to a post in a nearby boy’s school. A solicitor’s letter criticising the school’s handling of the incident was sent to the board of management on behalf of the victim’s parents. The victim, said to be well regarded by staff and fellow-pupils, was interviewed by gardaí last week in relation to the incident which occurred in May when she was called from class by five sixth-year students under false pretences.

The girl was tied up with builder’s cable cord, blindfolded and driven to Blackrock College while five other sixth years followed behind in another car. The girl was verbally abused and left alone on the school grounds tied to a post, after a bottle of water was poured over her, a cryptic text message was sent by the sixth years to the girls’ friends, she was cut free and returned to school. The victim was said to have been traumatised by the incident. Earlier this week a solicitor’s letter, which has been seen by The Irish Times, was sent on behalf of the girl’s parents to the chairman of the Mount Anville board of management .The letter goes into lengthy detail about the abduction and strongly criticises the school’s handling of the incident.
