It has now been established that Elgiva White is driving around in a 2009 Mini Cooper that is registered to the wife of a senior manager of a prestigious software company It appears Elgiva White under that name, is a named driver on the Insurance of this mini cooper . Elgiva White has been witnessed by two other people Sunday 21st July 2013 just after 2pm driving the mini cooper and dropping her sister Isabella White off to the Gym that Barry and Rosemary White’s daughters are both members under false names and claiming not to know each other So how do they explain that? This woman Ina Igoe husband Dermot Igoe business seniority is such that at a strategic planning meeting in 2006 of Microsoft his was second speaker to Bill Gates then CEO of Microsoft whose headquarters are based in the United States This company’s co founder Bill Gates is an American business magnate, and philanthropist. is the former CEO of this company and currently chairman Now why Ina Igoe signed up to such an arrangement with Barry and Rosemary White’s daughter Elgiva White, only she can answer that Also why would Elgiva White need to go to such lengths to drive around in a Mini Cooper if her use of this car was such standard practice Elgiva White now using Christian name Selina and UCD class of 2014 UCD and barrister since 2017 and Siobhan Rigopatten actual name Sharon Rossiter and UCD class of 2015 and barrister since 2016

The Petitioner had left no such note and told Fiona they had done no damage to her car she had left no such note and was prepared to give her a sworn affidavit saying that Fiona said the damage was minimal and could they discuss the matter perhaps meeting on Monday evening on the Maxol Filling Station on Walkinstown Avenue as she Fiona lived in Lucan and worked in Crumlin and this would be an easy place for her to meet. The Petitioner went up to the nearest petrol site to have her car washed, and tyres checked the buffing damage showed up after the car was washed The Petitioner then left and drove straight into town The Petitioner went straight down to Drury Street car park The Petitioner asked for the manager and was told he was not working that day The Petitioner told the deputy manager what had happened and the girl said “well you have you receipt to prove what time you were here”
The Petitioner drove back at midday and as they passed the postal address in De Vesci Court –where they had sent the letter to and saw about thirty class C company cars parked outside The Petitioner went back to their house had some lunch and went back into town, The Petitioner again passed De Vesci Court where they had sent the two-line letter to their natural mother Louise Walshe and the same cars were still there. When The Petitioner was coming out-of-town that evening they passed De Vesci Court again. This time the meeting must have been coming to an end as there were only about seven cars left. Could it have anything to do with the events in July 2004? And the persons involved in those and cartel of highly placed business people The Petitioner subsequent to that day counted the number of car parking spaces on the Link Road where all the cars were parked The Road took 10-12 car spaces each side and when you added on the cars parked in the between the two sides of the road another six at least 30 cars were parked there that day 24th July 2004 The type of cars were BMW Mercedes Lexus De Vesci Court according to any searches the Petitioner has done was on the site of an Old Ballroom and is accredited to been owned by Dermot Desmond Now whether Dermot Igoe or the accredited owner Dermot Desmond were participants at that meeting 24th July 2004 only they and those in attendance knows and time will tell
In March 1993 the Petitioner was walking back from college were they were doing post-graduate work and gave a person whose breath smelt of drink directions they asked for They man with an English accent did not take the directions but followed the Petitioner up the short cut they had taken and started to hassle The Petitioner who on seeing a person walking further up called out and they came back to walk with the Petitioner. It was something of nothing however Barry White on been told about it insisted that The Petitioner report it to the local Garda Station and was so insistent it be reported that he met the Petitioner at the relevant station To meet a Garda he knew in that station The Petitioner told the Garda it was not worth making the statement and if it ever came to a case Some Defence lawyer like Barry White would get them off The Gardai said in reply to that “they do not win all their cases” The Petitioner made a statement giving their Demographic details to the Gardai as they were told them then Barry White who sat in on the meeting at his own insistence made no attempt to challenge the demographics name and date of birth the Petitioner gave
So given what happened 10 years later and the fabricated claims Barry White made and the persons in Ballyduff he visited to make up a cover story for those false claims why if they were true as he claimed then in 2003 did he not make them clear in 1993? In the presence of a Garda as a statement was been made? In July 2004 The Petitioner rang their local Gardai station and the Garda also advised them not to attend the meeting with Fiona as they had such little background details about the person.The Petitioner did not attend the meeting at the Maxol Petrol Station at 5.30pm on the Monday 26th July The Petitioner was in their Kitchen around that time cooking supper that evening when they noticed about 20 class C company cars going into the development Fiona rang The Petitioner at 6.16pm asking why they had not shown up The Petitioner said they had been advised against doing so Fiona gave The Petitioner her mobile number and The Petitioner rang their local Gardai station they advised them to go into Pearse Street as that is where the alleged accident would be reported to
Ennie called up to The Petitioner that evening and The Petitioner commented on all the class C company cars that had pulled in around 5.15pm and left again around 6.15pm Edwina said there was a management meeting on and that is what they were attending. Well The Petitioner did not see it before in the development and they did not see it again
On Tuesday 27th July 2004 The Petitioner went into Pearse Street Gardai Station they spoke to the desk Sergeant Boland he took the details and said he would be in touch with them. The Petitioner then went down to their insurance company and went to the claims department and reported what had happened The Petitioner said they had not hit any car in Drury Street car park and they were not to pay out on the claim. Sergeant Boland asked The Petitioner where their car was parked at the moment so he could go and inspect it The Petitioner told him it was parked on South Frederick Street
That Tuesday evening The Petitioner got a phone call from another member of Pearse Street Gardai Station to say the incident had been reported to her by Fiona Cleary and could The Petitioner give their side of the story The Petitioner said they had already been speaking to Gardai Boland and he could fill her in on the background details The Bhan Gardai said she would speak to him and come back to The Petitioner if necessary
Garda Boland phoned the Petitioner the following Thursday and said he had contacted Fiona Cleary said she was a Bhan Gardai based in Sundrive Road and had then changed her story and admitted to Sargent Boland she had got all the Petitioner’s details off Pulse. Garda Boland then said as the event occurred in a Car Park that was Private Property he did not want anything to do with the claim from Fiona Cleary
The same Thursday Fiona Cleary contacted the Petitioner’s insurance company and claimed her car was damaged Subsequent to that the Petitioner’s insurance company never received any written claim in respect of that alleged incident nor any garage report and they closed the file. So why did the Bhan Gardai make such a scurrilous claim in the first place?
The Petitioner has subsequently changed to their correct name and birth details the insurance details with their insurance company
