On the above date the person in the black coat at the front of this picture and person in the second row in the red coat were two persons who were seen walking up the steps of the house next door to the Petitioner at 4.01pm on a Sunday 10^th July 2011

After the Posting 3^rd October 2011 on Sunday 9^th October 2011 the same two persons were again seen on camera walking up the steps of the same house except this time they were not as sanguine about their strut up the steps

Could it be the following two persons?

Elizabeth Nixon in the black  coat and Fiona Newell in the red coat

However both persons already have a Doctorate so what was the reason for all their Sunday visits over the summer of 2011?
