Caplin Meehan Ltd has a director Patrick Curtin who when scrolled down has 73 pages of directorships an average of 14 to a page depending on how many are on the first and last page which works out at an average of 1022 companies

Owen O Callaghan a director of that company is Ms Gill Hanlon 8 St Finan’s Terrace Navan Co Meath who when scrolled down has 75 pages of directorships an average of 14 to a page depending on how many are on the first and last page which works out at an average of 1050 companies

Riga Developments Ltd another company of which Owen O Callaghan is a director a fellow director is Brendan Delaney who when scrolled down has 73 pages of directorships an average of 14 to a page depending on how many are on the first and last page which works out at an average of 1022 companies

Now in respect of Galen Weston and Tesco Ireland The Petitioner was told Sunday 21^st August 2011 by a director of a Research Company that Tesco Ireland do not submit Annual Accounts so how can that be? It is known that Dunnes Stores do not submit annual accounts however they are a private company

Book Royalties

The book the Petitioner wrote about this story A Web Of Deception was published on-line through Trafford Publishing as no other publishers would take the book on.  Trafford Publishing  at the time were based in Victoria Canada in 2009 they were acquired by Author Solutions Illinois They was a lot of trouble with Trafford Publishing in the drafts of the book where they would be given corrections and either not do the corrections or send out a draft with previous corrections that had been taken out of an earlier draft re inserted again This can be confirmed by the Proof reader who did the proof reading on the book in 2008 who was sent out by Trafford Publishing a previously corrected draft and can confirm that it happened as they were sent all the corrections and correspondence by the Petitioner to show the corrections had already been taken out of a previous draft The Proof reader said she would keep the documents sent to them for confirmation purposes The Proof Reader is  an Oxford graduate  with a PhD in English Literature The reason an English Proof reader was used was all the Irish Proof Readers contacted were unable to do the work due to what they said were time constraints despite having the time to do the work when first contacted

A Publicity Campaign by Helen Mc Cusker UK PR was done on the book and only one radio station did an interview despite an extensive PR campaign included in this campaign mail shot were two fraud magazines Fraud Watch and Fraud Intelligence –  both wrote back to the PR company saying they would do a review of the book nothing was heard subsequent to that date 2^nd  March 2010  Now since 2010 Trafford publishing  have said verbally they have been three sales of the book however when asked to give those details in writing the have refused to do so As the Petitioner from doing a search on the internet has found there are more sales on the book below is an example of Amazon’s records -July 2011

When Trafford Publishing has been asked to comment on these and other sales from other  websites Trafford Publishing through Peter White on the phone said what Amazon have put up on their web pages were just a publicity stunt and did not reflect the number of books sold  A Dictionary Definition – publicity stunt is a planned event designed to attract media attention to the promoters, or their cause – Peter White was asked to put that and the other claims  he made on the phone  in writing he did not do so this dispute with Trafford Publishing has been on going since July 2010 Trafford Publishing have sent what they say are two royalty cheques on for $2.97 and the other for $2 that would not even cover the three books they say have been sold and must have cost them more to write the cheques

In 2011 a form was filled out by the Petitioner for With holding tax as the Petitioner is not a United States citizen it was checked over by an accountant in the accountancy firm the Petitioner worked with for 2.5 years  the 1990’s To ensure all the correct responses were given however even with that Trafford Publishing managed to give Internal Revenue United States the Petitioner’s old address despite the form been filled in at their new address and the accountant who checked over the form can confirm the correct address given on the form sent to Internal Revenue United States  through Trafford Publishing at Trafford Publishing’s request in January of this year

The Petitioner was advised by their former solicitor to get a United States  solicitor to deal with the matter a number were contacted in 2011 in the Illinois area only one office  asked for details a Peter Deutsch he got the details and a copy of the contract signed in 2007 the Petitioner did not even get a courtesy  reply of any sort from Peter Deutsch

Now this is either deception – since it has already been admitted by some of the persons in Trafford that the Royalties as agreed in the contract by the previous owner of Trafford is far higher than Author Solutions  offer –  incompetence or ineptitude on the part of Trafford Publishing  as has been shown by the address sent to Internal Revenue United States.

Or is is just  co incidence that in all of these matters there are  two persons who have any connection to the areas where Trafford Publishing have been located?

Galen Weston on a company search for Power Supermarkets can be seen in a linked connection to other companies and directors to persons involved in these matters the name of these linked companies are available and anyone doing a search on the Companies Registration Office webpage can find it

In the case of one particular director although there are others when this specific person’s name is scrolled down on a directorship search  on the Companies Registration Office webpage they are a director of almost 1000 companies the person concerned is  female and resident in County Meath Ireland and  is a director on Owen O Callaghan’s numerous companies Owen O Callaghan is of Quarryvale  infamy of which there was a tribunal held in Dublin which went on for over a decade – The Planning Tribunal – Initially headed up by Mr Justice Flood and then when he retired Justice Mahon

In Canada Galen Weston according to Wikipedia spent some of his early years in Canada and has a strong affiliation to the country and one of those places appears to have been Calgary and according to

The driving distance from Calgary to Victoria is 1103 kilometers (685 miles).

In Bloomington Illinois where Author Solutions are based as already acknowledged by whomever did a search for Rosemary White admitted that she works in Oracle

Now according to Wikipedia Larry Ellison is divorced  from his fourth wife Melanie Craft (m. 2003–2010  And internationalarchives.org (2003)– (2011)»”Marriage: Melanie Craft to Larry Ellison” say a divorce record is available When the Petitioner has mentioned their search to others on this matter in relation to the Royalties on their book and any link there might be the response has been surprising  not in relation to the Royalties dispute with Trafford Publishing  but in relation to the Divorce Record of Larry Ellison  and the marriages difficulties which there appears to be in the family of the persons involved in these frauds One response from the person who was the wife of a publisher here in Ireland on Monday 8^th July 2011 was “that will be an interesting document to retrieve” “how old is Larry Ellison” The Petitioner replied according to Wikepedia “he was born in August 1944” So what was that query about Mr Larry Ellison’s age about?

Judiciary Debtors

The article mentioned below appeared in last Wednesday’s Irish Independent. So is Barry White one of those mentioned in the article and if not then how is he continuing to service his €85m loan?  Could it be that he is using the trust assets to service his debt?

 

A trust where Barry White as already said is not appointed by the courts as per a letter from former Minister for Justice Michael Mc Dowell So Barry White  is a self appointed or thought through trustee and in arbitrary control of the monies involved  However the trust assets are not for his personal use

 

 

Senior judges facing ruin from poor investments

 

 

A number of senior judges who suffered huge losses from ill-fated property investments and a meltdown in bank shares face financial ruin, the Irish Independent has learned.

 

Financial experts have advised up to 10 members of the judiciary that they will not be able to meet their financial commitments.

 

Informed sources said the judges were warned by financial experts that they will not be able to continue servicing their loans — many of which are linked to multi-million euro property investments — owing to the combined impact of pending pay and pension cuts.

 

The judges sought the expert financial and legal advice after the Government announced details of caps on public-sector pensions and plans to hold a referendum on judges’ pay.

 

The disclosure comes as figures reveal the Irish judiciary is the highest paid in Europe, with Supreme Court judges here paid more than twice as much as their counterparts in France.

 

According to figures from the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ), Irish Supreme Court judges earn €257,872.

 

This compared with similarly ranked judges earning €227,446 in Switzerland, €212,093 in England and €107,011 in France.
