Reluctance to Admit Title and Year of Thesis

Below is an email the Petitioner received from the University of Ulster confirming the title and year of Tim Trimble’s Thesis

Please find attached library catalogue, which references the PhD thesis in question.  The title is as you state in your email.

I am sorry for the delay in sending this email however I was waiting for my solicitor to verify that I had covered all aspects of me query I only got that confirmation this morning

Further to your phone messages on my land line I am looking for confirmation in respect that Tim Trimble’s PhD awarded you told me in our phone conversation in June 2003 was as you said the same title as his dissertation note 2001

However Tim Trimble has yet to put this information up on his educational details on the Trinity College Web Page

Now why would that be?
