Posting from July 2011 The petitioner as already said met Siobhan Lyons in person October 2006 who said to the Petitioner “I have read that file you are not that child” that was in reference to Baby White 30th January 1957 born in the Coombe Hospital on that date Siobhan Lyons said “the only way we will release that information on Baby White 30th January 1957 is through disclosure” Now the day Nemesisone was walking up to the South Circular Road to get a bus number 19 to the Coombe Hospital they saw Hilary White driving past them in the direction of the Coombe Hospital at the time Hilary White was still working she had not retired so where was she going?
In Autumn 2007 Nemesisone wrote to the Coombe Hospital looking for the details of Baby White 30th January 1957 and the Coombe Hospital wrote back 1st November 2007 saying they could not release details of “Baby White 30th January 1957 as the Petitioner was not the person nor were they the Next of Kin On the day that letter was date marked the Petitioner saw Rosemary White and a colleague outside a Herb and Acupuncture Shop on Grafton street at approx. 5.50pm They were both wheeling overnight cases behind them
Nemesisone at their solicitor’s at the time suggestion appealed the decision on the basis Kevin White in 1966 had registered the petitioner using those birth details The appeal decision came back December 2007 again refusing to release the details on the basis the Petitioner was neither Baby White 30th January 1957 nor were they the next of kin All of those letters issued by the Coombe Hospital to the Petitioner in 2004 and 2007 are available
There are letters to the Coombe Hospital available from 2004 looking for the details of Baby White 30th January 1957 saying the same thing as the person applying was neither the child nor the next of kin they would not release the information That application was under the 1966 registration that Barry White and Niamh White sat on a witness stand under oath November 2016 and claimed Nemesisone was that person However The State shall, in particular, by its laws protect as best it may a person from unjust attack and, in the case of injustice done, vindicate the life, person, good name, and property rights of every citizen.
Now the only way the General Registration Office will cancel that registration made in 1966 by Kevin White is for a member of his family to confirm it was incorrect and as a genealogist said to the Petitioner in 2008 “the White family given what they have done are hostile witnesses” The only other way to get a cancellation is for the Coombe Hospital to admit what is on their file for Baby White 30th January 1957
The date on the Baptismal Certificate has no matching record in Westland Row which is where the certificate Nemesisone was given by the White family stated the date on it 10th February 1957 However the birth certificate for the registration Kevin White made in August 1966 stated a baptismal 4th July 1966 again Westland Row have no record for a baptismal for that person with that name on either of those dates Nemesisone also inquired in the churches nearest to the Coombe Hospital in The Coombe and Dolphins barn areas for a Baptismal record the Catholic Church had none The Petitioner also inquired at the suggestion of the Genealogist at churches near the other children’s hospital in Dublin such as Temple Street for Baptismal record again the churches in the areas had no record for a child with that name or that date of birth
About the death of Betty A White born 8th January 1957 death 10th February 2008 that comes from Betty A White, 10 Feb 2008; citing U.S. Social Security Administration, Death Master File, database (Alexandria, Virginia: National Technical Information Service There are no records of Mary Angela Duffy age for the year given, at a residential address in New York where she said she was living sub-letting an apartment in Greenwich Village. No records of Mary Angela Duffy age for the year given in the other States where Betty A White was found. In 2012 a search engine used on this blog was “bridget mitchell coombe hospital January 1957”
There is a public record of Betty White on a PO Box Address in New Jersey This New Jersey mail box matches a PO Box address Nemesisone has for Mary A Duffy under just the surname Duffy for the same time period of the public record for the New Jersey mail box 1990-1994, and M A Duffy was asked why New Jersey and she said without her green card she could not use the State she was living in Nemesisone found the letter by chance recently, in an archive box on an airmail letter which contained the letter which then folded into an envelope, So Mary Angela Duffy must have been using the surname White.
Patricia Duffy lived on Seapoint Avenue in the house 4 Seapoint Terrace beside Trafalgar Terrace in the early 1970’s and was said to have bought the house and when Luke Duffy came home the house was sold and the proceeds split on a marriage break up. And Desmond Duffy was on GRO paperwork one of the witnesses to that 1952 wedding
Now a Luke Duffy age 31, on his own there was no one sailing with him, is found on a shipping list to Quebec Canada July 1954 sailing out of Liverpool, address in Tinahinch Enniskerry Co Wicklow. Enniskerry was where it was said he lived after the marriage and occupation a Draper, The shipping list Luke Duffy is on to Quebec in 1954 three years before the birth registration of Mary Angela Duffy the volume page is higher than it should for a registration said to made mid-January 1957, as compared to the child said be born end January 1957 Also Luke Duffy like his brother Desmond, the date of birth matches the shipping list record and in the case of Luke Duffy the date birth matches the death registration for the Luke Duffy who died in 1983 in New York, however at variance with the story line told by the Kennealy sisters
And a death registration exists for a Mary Duffy born first quarter 1957 died first quarter 1957 Volume 2 page 428 The birth registration for Mary A Duffy is Volume 2 Page 795 and as already said that registration has discrepancies on such as the address, the name of the father not in the country at the time No Luke or Patricia Duffy on the Electoral Roll for that address Waterloo Road in that time period 1955-1958 and no death registration for a Luke Duffy in the United States for the time period it was said he died, 1990-1994 There is one for a Luke Duffy born August 1923 died November 1983, however the state was New York and the story told by the Kennealy sisters was that he was living in Texas
Now Luke J Duffy father of Luke Duffy lived at 33 Corrig Avenue, Dun Laoghaire and was a Peace Commissioner and General Secretary of the Irish Labour Party 21 Molesworth Street and a Senator 1948-1951 and 1954-1957 Luke Duffy’s father was a member of the local branch of the Irish Drapers’ Assistants Association (IDAA), and was elected branch secretary in 1911 The story told by the Kennealy sisters was that Patricia went out after the daughter was born, well three years is a long gestation and there is no record of a Patricia Duffy and child sailing out to Quebec in 1957 There is a Patricia Duffy living at 20 Nelson Street Dublin 7 on the Electoral Roll 1955-1956
For confirmation of the link between those two surnames to that family see a registration of a Mary P Kennedy born 1939 registered 1939 and registered under Patricia F Kennealy last quarter 1952 that confirmation was done in the year after the first senator appointment if Luke J Duffy Patricia Duffy was the person interred in the Kennealy grave Glasnevin 1984 and was said to be the youngest sister of the Kennealy’s
There is a marriage registration for a Patricia M Kennealy in Norwich Norfork who married a Kelvin Bowers Volume 4B Page 2016 second quarter 1969 that also does not tally with the storyline told by the Kennealy sisters. There is a birth registration for a David Bowers 3rd quarter 1969 in King’s Lynn Norfork volume 4B page 2526
