In regard John Monson and his unusual third Christian name it was always said it was his grandmother’s surname well a search of Thom’s directory does show a woman Edith Telford at the address of the house called Northcote in the 1950’s up to the early 1960’s then the house was in the name of Desmond Monson to the mid 1960’s when it went into the name of a Doris Chapman and on her death in 1979 went into the name of a John Monson, now this was the lady it was said was John Monson’s grandmother, so was the other woman was great grandmother. In 1989 the house went in to the name of John Monson’s mother Ann Monson were it has stayed till 2012 now the initial for her middle Christian name is T, so it was Telford and she had the same name as her son, a surname used as a Christian name.

Now 17 Temple Gardens has been put up for sale ironically 15th February 2018 well that was the date John Monson and Aideen “White got engaged in 1980 However the house name Northcote has included in the sales pitch it was taken out as a name in the mid 1980’s in Thoms And in 1986 a company called Northcote Ltd was set up Is that pure co incidence?

Another pair of company directors who hold a large number of directorships are the property developer Johnny Ronan is a director of 155 live companies. His business partner, Richard Barrett, is a director of 131. Many of the firms are holding companies or firms for the now liquidated Treasury Holdings. Shortly before its liquidation, Barrett acquired Treasury subsidiaries via a Jersey-based company, Oriental Management Services .The subsidiaries provided management services to Treasury China Trust, a company in which Richard Barrett and John Ronan are significant shareholders.

So could the Telford’s have rented and then when a relation came to Dublin they just stayed in the house And that would account for the six generations as the Telford family were in that area right back to 1860. So family lore it is and on top of that Craig Gardner did not open in Dublin until after the founding of the Irish free state in 1926 and according to his own death registration David Telford was born in 1854 so would have been 65 by 1919 now his birth registration for Armagh says 1864 so he would have retired in 1929 and he died in 1943 In regard the Theatre Royal his role as per Wikipedia was manager not Chairman The third Theatre Royal opened on 13 December 1897 by the actor-manager Frederick Mouillot with the assistance of a group of Dublin businessmen. Frederick Mouillot died in 1911 and one of his partners, David Telford took over the running of the theatre. In its final years, the Theatre was also used as a cinema. It closed on 3 March 1934 and demolished soon after. So the family lore is also not correct on that one

And in the 1956-1957 Dublin Corporation Electoral Roll Desmond Monson had a business address at 6 Harrison Row a residential house built 1940’s Harrison row is the first turn on the left at Rathgar avenue after Comans pub in Rathgar In 1944-1963 Doris Chapman was at 17 Temple Gardens as the abode and a business address for Doris E Chapman was 58 Merrion Square South with four other business people one being Harry Levinson David Rowat Chapman, Doris Chapman’s husband and Ann T Chapman’s father died in 1946. In 1949-1950 Edith Telford Doris Chapman Desmond Monson Anne Monson Mary Glendon and Annie Ryan all lived at 17 Temple Gardens So Edith Telford was obviously letting out rooms at 17 Temple Gardens. In 1951 1955 no Mary Glendon or Annie Ryan, so that does not ring true with a family house as described in the selling page. Edith Telford died in 1953 There was no search result in that decade for an Ann Monson without the e or an Ann Telford Monson It was on the 1962 Electoral Roll In 1962 1963 the business address for Desmond Monson was 5b Harrison Row In 1962-1963 Electoral Roll there was a John Herbert Desmond Monson and an Ann Telford Monson at 17 Temple Gardens In 1944-1963 a family called Enderson lived at 94 Merton Drive, in the 1950-51 electoral roll five of those family members moved to 42 Marlborough Road

And as said in Posting titled Merton Sandra A Monson born 1952 birth certificate says her mother maiden name was Enderson And in 2002-2004 when Nemesisone one was doing driving lessons in the Dartry area they would see Ann T Monson out walking on the same name road -Merton Road -that is given as the address by the ship for Muriel Edwina Enderson 94 Merton Drive and the distance between Merton Road and Temple Gardens where Ann Monson lived is a minute Now Sam Monson since October 26th and 19th posted two pictures up on his twitter account Now given the dates his grandmother Ann T Monson died 23rd October 2017 what skeletons did Sam Monson expect to come out of the cupboard after the death of his grandmother? So could Ann T Monson have been telling her grandchildren in the time period they lived in 17 Temple Gardens 2008-2012 the events that happened in her and her son’s life and that the paperwork was available in the house, to confirm what she was saying without her saying it directly to them without casing consternation to her son As Sam Monson was on the electoral Roll at 17 Temple gardens in that time period

As the daughter of the two first cousins was born in the Coombe Hospital Mary Angela Duffy Betty A White and the down syndrome daughter who had a chromosome deficiency was also born 1957 she was the result of a liaison between two second cousins, as already said the same father to both the children born in 1957, the father was in his thirteenth year at the time Now Mary Angela Duffy Betty A White’s mother never owned her own house she liven in a flat on Seapoint Ave earl 1970’s then Trees road Mount Merrion then Belfield Court, then Mespil Flats none of which she owned. However when Mary Angela died she left a will under a business name Joyce White, which is allowed in the United States and it was lodged in Monroe County Court 10th July 2008 and 24th September 2008 was sent to Lee County Court Georgia and 15th October 2008 a certified mail receipt was received Now what assets would Mary Angela Duffy/Betty A White have had as her mother had no assets and she had lived in the United States for over 10 years with no green card, so could not set up any official documentation as a result., There is no death registration for this Joyce White in that time period of the lodgement of the will, only the Betty A White born 8th January 1957 death 10th February 2008 that comes from Betty A White, 10 Feb 2008; citing U.S. Social Security Administration, Death Master File, database There is a birth registration for a Patricia J White born 1st quarter 1957 in Dublin North There was a Patricia Duffy living at 20 Nelson Street Dublin 7 on the Electoral Roll 1955-1956 Unless Patricia Duffy used that address to register the birth however why did she not continue to use it, unless the father objected and it would not explain any large sum of money been left by Joyce White/Betty A White in 2008

And as per probatesearch.service.co.uk an Emily Gertrude White date of probate 24 July 2007 probate number 2411165 date of death 08 April 2001 document type Grant only area London So why was that taken out on London and never declared under the deceased assets in court or anywhere else by their legal team or the administrators? And there is also Isabella Mary Kennealy grant and will area London taken out 24th October 2001 And if the original bond was re invested in 2003 without declaring it to the Estate, as it appears to have been then that is questionable, as the initial bond would have been Emily G White’s Estate in these documents lodged in Central Office of the High Court January-February 2013 Now Nemesisone solicitor at the time 2013 said they did a search for that bond at the time and could find nothing. However did not do a search of the London Courts Probate been taken out for Emily G White in London and a Isabella Mary Kennedy which could refer to Ryemore in Balygaddy Lucan. As Mary Kennedy resided in Ryemore 1977-1986 as per electoral records and Thoms and the Isabella in the name well that could come from Isabella Meekan Smyth who died 30th December 2013 mother Margaret Delaney and Myra and it appears of Edmond Smyth and Peter Smyth father Patrick Mitchell as they both also use the surname Mitchell one an allergy consultant using name Bruce E Mitchell also called Edmond Smyth the other a physicist called Peter Smyth and Peter Mitchell
