In regard Roebuck Hall House that is still a house within the houses of Ardilea whose lands were used for that development Roebuck Hall house was like a number of other houses in that area all called after the hinterland they were in Roebuck Hill House occupied by Jennings builder until it was developed. Roebuck Park House the development by Robbins White Roebuck House lived in by Sean Mc Bride Roebuck Mount and Roebuck Castle owned in by Sir Charles Le Brun owner of Trimbleston Estates Castle of Roebuck now partly incorporated with the modern house was the residence of John, 3rd Baron of Trimleston, Charles Le Brun was noted a “a rare nobleman endowed with sundry good gifts“, Roebuck Mount was demolished however that was for road widening. Out of the other houses mentioned only Roebuck Park House was demolished, along with 1 Riverside Frankfort Park, 2 Riverside remained intact although not maintained and The Matchbox when built in 1955 was called Chimes by Kevin White, all the other 10 houses of that 1954 development by Roebuck Hall Ltd remain as they were in 1955 with the probability of refurbishment and extensions

So who had leased the house 1 Riverside and was using it as his residential address so where was the family unit for that time period? As only one person was on the electoral register the other person over the voting age who should have been on the electoral roll for the time period was Emily G White

Now on the Electrical Roll 1945-1954 for 2 Riverside was Josephine Ahern it would have been expected to find John Loder as he was an English citizen and the voting rights for English citizens did not come into law until after that time period 1983 which was to reciprocate the 1949 Act in the UK which gave Irish Citizens the right to vote in English Elections There was a Martin Chambers for the years 1952-1953 however not after that well Martin Chambers death registration is for 1954 and a Josephine Chambers death registration for 1957.

On the Electoral Roll for 3 Riverside Frankfort Park is a Vincent Doyle from 1948-1954 then 1954-1955 the Country Club Churchtown as Vintner Then 1971-1978 11 Trees Road Mount Merrion under Patrick Doyle and an Eileen Doyle, no other persons on the electoral Roll Then 7 Thornhill Road Mount Merrion 1979-1978 under the name Patrick Vincent Doyle and an Elizabeth Doyle no mention of any other persons on the Electoral Roll for that house Be it under any other name such as Doy as the Margaret Briody there was no one under either of those surnames or that Christian name on the electoral roll for that time period. That particular Robert Briody was living and registered in England on Electoral Rolls 1938-1962 Their son Robert Briody also lived and married in England 1979 That marriage also had two daughters Ann or Geraldine If persons came in then as an English citizen they would not have had the right to vote until 1983 nor any other adults connected to them such as the Ann or Geraldine as per the birth registrations found for Doy 1942, 1944 on the England Birth registrations

The Architect had no measurements in his plans with the application including no measurements of the distance between his new build and the boundary wall of the neighbour beside

The suppliers of the cement board should look up their reports 1997-1998 for the company they now own in Ireland it would be enlightening to them, as to the facts of the matter.
