If people wish to rewrite events that happened they should remember that public record documents are there to show the events as they happened

For example Stongbow Trust Ltd that was established 12th January 1979 that on 24th January 1984 name was changed to Smurfit Finance Ltd that was established November 1978 From 1996-1993 no accounts were submitted 1994-1997 annexed accounts were submitted In May 1999, Smurfit Finance Ltd was sold to Equity Bank Ltd, a director of which Joseph Patrick Lyons was a director formerly with Bank of Ireland Bank of Scotland acquired Equity Bank June 1999 Was that done through Bank of Ireland Banagher?

In July 1998 Mr Gerard Delaney then secretary of Smurfit Finance signed the charges due to Smurfit Finance Ltd by G Saunders and company and the corresponding charge due to the company by ex detective and used car dealer Mr Alan Costello’ s company Courthamptom Warehousing Ltd Mr Ray Curran a former Director of Smurfit Finance Ltd in 1998 moved to the USA and was paid £ 1.5m to head up Smurfit Stone

On 1st July 1998 the terms of Reference of the Flood Tribunal were set up to also include the payments made by Rennick UK Ltd a subsidiary of Sir Anthony J. F. O’ Reilly’s holding company , Fitzwilton plc{ formerly known as W; H M Goulding Ltd fertiliser manufacturers ,to Mr Ray Burke former Minister for the Environment under Mr Charles Haughey in 1982 and also Minister for Justice under Mr Charles Haughey’s coalition

Now Mr Smurfit said in a newspaper article The Sunday Business Post 24th June 2007 Agenda supplement page 2 he should have been on the aircraft that crashed in Staines June 1972 however was in business in Germany and flew in from there. However there is no mention in the newspaper articles June 1972 of Mr Michael Smurfit as been an intended traveller on that plane or attending that meeting Conversely what Mr Michael Smurfit said was almost the same as what Mr Dan Mc Cauley FUE said The Irish Press Page 5 19th June 1972 “I arrived in good time just before the plane from London was due to arrive but then Brussels airport told me the London plane had been cancelled Naturally I supposed they would come on by the next so I went into town and awaited to go out to dinner with them” “The Irish delegation was due to have dined to the Irish Commission to the Communities in the Carlton Restaurant last night and table had been ordered for 23 only three showed up Mr Keenan the Ambassador and two members of his staff the dinner was cancelled”

Now Nemesisone knew Dan Mc Cauley as a teenager from after Mass outside the church, and when they met him in their work August 1997, where he was Chairman of a company Nemesisone worked for and spoke to him in the boardroom before a meeting, Nemesisone could see all the persons around looking aghast, as to how Nemesisone knew the Chairman

Just before Nemesisone left that company they got a phone call from their line manager asking to do research on National Toll Roads at the request of the Chairman Dan Mc Cauley it was Dan Mc Cauley on been given the report said “you found nothing usual” Nemesisone said they had found nothing atypical in the financial transactions for the previous five years. There had been a few transactions. The Line manager told Nemesione, they had both left, that the company paid the charge out cost for that work, so the then Managing Director and Financial Director approved it. When going over the accounts seven years later what Nemesisone found was the disposal of Baillie Gifford to John Gallagher, Bernadette Gallagher’s husband. Was that what Dan Mc Cauley wanted them to find? George Brady SC November 2016 was vexed on that company and seemed to find it idiosyncratic.

There is a picture page 13 The Irish Times 24th June 1972 at Christchurch Cathedral with a caption saying that the person shaking the hand of the Archbishop of Dublin was the widow of the person for whom the service was held for. However there is another picture in another paper of the same named widow shaking the hand of the Dean of the cathedral and they are not the same person. Two different ages one aged approx. 30 the other approx. 60, two different builds One dressed in black hat and black coat the other in a white/cream raincoat light coloured hat and sunglasses Also beside the latter mentioned a person said to be her daughter and not the age category and was someone wearing a black mantilla which is catholic, not protestant dress code for church

There are also pictures 20th June 1972 on page 1 The Irish Press and The Irish Times, showing relatives coming off a plane coming off the plane in The Irish Press photograph and to the right of the picture on the apron in the Irish Times photograph dark coat and scarf, is the same as the woman dressed in black shaking the hand of the Dean of Christchurch.

Also the same person photographed in the Gresham Hotel 23rd April 1959 with the deceased of 1972 shaking the hand of Taoiseach Eamonn De Valera at an Irish Sugar 25th Anniversary dinner Another picture of just the two persons with Eamon De Valera and this time the woman was shaking Eamon De Valera hand See Irish Photo Archive.
