Now on 18th June 2020 1pm Derval White was seen outside Nemesisone’s house her recently done platinum blond hair (wherever that was done given hairdressers were not open until 29th June due to Covid 19) with her Blush wymariner  She has a picture of herself and the same dog on her facebook page She was talking to someone whether on the phone or to her dag for  a few minutes and then got out of the car  walked to the back of it and then got back in and drove off  The car was a White Kia Soul registration number 141 D 28713 Well their pre-prepared coached evidence at Niamh White’s inquest March 2020 as the person who attended on Nermesisone behalf said Whereas  in 2016 it was said Niamh White was a credible witness  by her barristers and the judge  repeating what the defence barristers said when it was patently obvious she was not. And given Ms Fiinefgan involvement in a book 2013 if she tried to justify that with no evidence she will be sued and her employers Well the identity fraudster is dead 3 years but her fraud continues as her relations and supporters keep it going and careers are forged on it And in 2004 Nemeisone was told by the Gardai they could only bring the person who carried out indentity fraud to court It would be down to Nemesisone to take a court case to get the money back the indenty fraudster had defrauded As with the young woman in the Gun Metal grey mini into Borris House Marh -November 2013 every three weeks who carried out fraud 2013 the Garda gave her an equivalant of a slap on the wrist and sent her back to the States she kept the money bought herself August 2018 a $1m apartment in lower Manhattan and in January 2019 a $5m apartment overlooking central park

Nemesisone has a land registry record for an Emily G White with the house in  Kinvara made 17^th August 1977 however that house was bought by an Annie Louse White who was in Kinvara that day 17^th August 1977 and met a Sargent O Loughlin the Sargent in Kinvara station with Niamh White in her presence that evening and Moya Quinlan did the conveyance on that Kinvara property and her son Michael Quinlan is aware of that conveyance as recently as November 2020 And in the Solicitors Gazette 2015 there is a picture of Michael Quinlan the Mr Kevin O Higgins President of the law Society that year who shared office space with Nemesisone’s solicitor at the time a conflict of interest not declared December 2020

Now Hilary White was seen in a local supermarket in October 2014 about 500 metres away from the entrance to Sue Ryder and Derval White was seen March 2014 in the car park of that supermarket So at that point 2 years prior to the case  

Now as of a search done in the Central Office of the High Court 28^th  February 2013 documents have been lodged against the estate of Emily G White after the date 7th January 2013 and contract law is the only way after twelve years this type of litigation could be taken against the estate of the person. And the name of the Plaintiff is Grace Ross Consulting A search with the Companies Registration office shows under that name Grace and  Ross Consulting Engineers Registered Business Name located in Ennis, Company Number 268228. The Business Name was registered 22nd December 2004 Effective Date 14th January 2005 and nothing submitted since There is also under an internet search a Grace and Ross Consulting Engineers in Limerick However if it was Grace and Ross Consulting Engineers then they were obliged to give their actual name and who they were trading as to the Central Office of the High Court. Which was not given to the person who did the search in the Central Office of the High Court 28th February 2013 So who are those persons and what did the Deed of Seal contain? As it can only be done on land and property.

The time period of the bankruptcy was as per Stubbs 1954/55 1964/65 and 1966/67, It gives the name of the company and it’s address, which matches with the name of the company Barry White’s father owned and ran and the address it was registered to and the business was run from, not in Stubbs 1970/71 Now that court bankruptcy record was October- November 1954 the Judge hearing the case was Judge Budd Court 5  The Stubbbs Gazette Weekly 21st  February 1955 gives the name of the person Thos K White and Co 2 Inns Quay Dublin 7 Procurement through the High Court 14th February 1955 In Stubbs Gazette Weekly 21st February 1955 Also the bankruptcy records is in Stubbs Gazette  UK  which includes Irish Bankrupts for a 10 year period So why would Barry White deny it?  And what was the need to deny it what relevance had a persons bankruptcy to Barry White’s career? Unless the court records for that Bankruptcy 1954 would give marital status and no of children

Now Barry White denied that bankruptcy  on official paperwork as  Matt Winslow said  he said ”it is one thing to say it in a social context it is something totally different  to deny it on official paperwork” As per Stubbs Gazette Ireland 21st February 1955 the bankruptcy for Thos K White and Co 2 Inns Quay was procured through the courts 14th February 1955
