On the 17^th June 2008 Denis Heneghan Fraud Bureau Of Investigation wrote to the Petitioner stating on 8 listed points that he could find no grounds for fraud Denis Heneghan signed the letter for the Detective Superintendent Another strange aspect about it was Denis Heneghan wrote the letter out in the Petitioner’s foster name despite for the previous six months sending acknowledgments letters to the Petitioner in their correct name and current residential address and added to that Denis Heneghan sent the letter to the Petitioner’s previous solicitor who forwarded to the letter on to the Petitioner’s current solicitor The letter is available for verification

 The 8 points Denis Heneghan found no basis for were as follows

The invalidity of the rental agreement and the eviction from the Petitioner’s previous address and  the Petitioner’s possessions held onto by the landlord for the duration of the lease which under the lease agreement he was not entitled to do So shown to be questionable – See Posts Landlord for the Duration of the Lease, Laws are only for the Little People and Do as I saw not as I Do

Judge Barry White Shown to be questionable The Petitioner was not apprised in the period of contact with The Bureau of Fraud Investigation of the Fraud that Barry and Rosemary White had perpetrated in the last quarter of 2005 Had they been made aware of the situation they would have suggested to Denis Heneghan that he checks out the family court records for the case involved Which the Petitioner did when they deciphered in December 2009 what Barry And Rosemary White had done in the last quarter of 2005 and in June 2010 on their first attempt found the court record 270.98 June 12^th 1989 heard by Judge Spain See Posts Do as I say not as I do Laws are only for the Little People A Paper Trail The Liberian Connection and Stonewalling National Toll Roads See Post A Ship in Full Sail Their Master’s Voice

Invalidity of DNA Test and how it came about Shown to be questionable see Posts A Ship in Full Sail An Over ambitious wife Two persons in genetics departments in Hospitals and Universities in The Island of Ireland have said the test result is too high for a test between supposed siblings one of those persons at the present moment is examining the test result and is prepared to act as an expert witness in any upcoming court case

Companies Registration and Land Registry The documents  which were sent to Garda Heneghan are in respect if signatory variations within a 2-4  year time period are in the public domain and available The Petitioner also believes there are documents in the Garda files in respect of a Gun Licence Annual Renewal which substantiates  those documents in the public domain and Petitioner’s Private Investigator suggested that the Garda be written to about the documents on their files in respect of that particular Gun Licence Annual Renewal  So it is shown to be questionable See Posts Their Master’s Voice and National Toll Roads

The Petitioner replied to Denis Heneghan challenging all that he had said giving a copy of their passport and driving licence which at that point had been transferred over for the previous 6-4 months respectively

The Petitioner gave the file and a copy of the documents sent to Denis Heneghan to their solicitor

The Petitioner never received any reply to their June 2008 letter from Denis Heneghan
