Well  the search on those options have thrown up a few interesting items  Jacqueline Rushleigh Belcher and  5 search engines  Since Jacqueline Rushleigh Belcher or the person who had that role is dead it would have been hard for them to make that search Cliff Brasher search has also been used to find this site When Cliff Brasher was told that the person was called themselves Jacqueline Rushleigh Belcher was dead Cliff Brasher’s response was “that is a very serious allegation” Cliff Brasher Deloitte was asked in a phone conversation November 2005 had they met the said Jacqueline Rushleigh Belcher in the previous four and half years as it was then Cliff Brasher did not answer that question  The  “jacqueline belcher” deloitte  search engine might explain Cliff Brasher reaction However does not explain his refusal to answer the Petitioner’s question as to whether he had met the said Jacqueline Rushleigh Belcher in the previous four and half years

 Jacqueline Rochford + police well  again in November 2005 Kensington Police  were contacted by the Petitioner in November 2005 and the Police man the Petitioner spoke to asked “will the Irish Police do nothing about this matter” The Petitioner said “no”

 aib/ sherling well as all already said Maurice Sherling was as per the lease agreement “landlord for the duration of the lease” Lennon Heather were Maurice Sherling solicitors  And the Petitioner would find that the account number on the rent lodged on the instant access account details the Petitioner would print out would be different to the account number on the monthly account  statement and Tom Day Lisneys and referred to in that lease agreement 2004  asked the Petitioner in Autumn 2004 why were they paying rent on the house in that lease agreement February 2004  However in December 2004 Richard O Neill also asked the same question why are you paying rent on that house however he has not been referred to in this blog So why was that search made 

Hughes Murphy were solicitors  the Petitioner engaged in 2004 who were paid €3000 upfront in fees before they took on the case and since the petitioner at that stage could get no solicitor  to take on their case they  paid the amount reluctantly However at the end of March 2005 and  having made no  progress on the matter Noel Hughes – Hughes  Murphy told the Petitioner “he did not want to say or do anything that would upset Barry White as at the end of the day when this was over he would have to go up against him in court on other cases” This appears to be a standard reaction of solicitors  as a furniture shop owner told the Petitioner this month they had a solicitor  who would not go against a judges wishes to adjourn a case as they would have to face the judge again in court in other cases  Earlier that month March 2005  as the Petitioner was leaving Hughes Murphy they saw Barry White driving past them on the same quays which was unusual as the courts were closed  it was outside the law term

Fanagans Funeral Directors search engine well they as already said in this blog were asked in Summer 2008 dates available for the funeral details of a Margaret Murray buried in Summer 1962 The person said they did have records going back that far and they would look them up and come back to the Petitioner on the matter They rang back a few days later saying they could not find the record and the Petitioner “would have to look elsewhere” and expression used quite frequently in all of this

Shadow number well the Petitioner did find out in March 2010 that there was a shadow number running with their mobile number and an 02 prefix The Communications Regulator Office told the Petitioner if the persons using the Shadow number are claiming to be in contact with the Petitioner who holds the number allocated to the Petitioner by their network provider when in fact the persons are not and using the shadow number to support their claim that is a criminal act

Harry Briscoe was the person who suggested to the Petitioner in March 2005 “they should stop paying rent and see what happens” Harry Briscoe also told the Petitioner in 2004 he manages the Catriona Walshe account in AIB Harry Briscoe in the time period of all of this has reported to two managers Paddy Whyte which the Petitioner has a copy of a letter sent in 2006  to Paddy White with a hand written note on the said by someone in Bank Centre AIB  saying “an ongoing issue Then a Simone Bailey was the manager and now a Louise Bannon is the manager  in AIB 101 Grafton Street as per an enquiry the Petitioner made by phone today  At this point AIB have the accounts of Anglo Irish Bank and AIB have to be aware of Barry Whites Loan with Anglo Irish Bank and what he used as collateral for the loan Harry Briscoe did ask the Petitioner in January 2011 had that loan of Barry White’s with Anglo Irish Bank given it’s amount €85m been sent to NAMA?  So is there any reason for AIB hesitancy to deal with the matter

Eugene o Regan  well all the petitioner can say on that is documents were drooped into his house on these matters  on the day the eviction took place  in respect of  the lease of 2004  Which the Sheriff’s office  told the Petitioner in 2007 they have no record of that eviction and that is not how they operate  Well it is now three governments which have been in place since these matters took place Bertie Ahern’s Brian Cowen and now Enda Kenny and none of them took  action against the judge concerned Barry White Now Why could that be? Is it Michael Mc Dowell ‘s reaction as said in a letter  to the Petitioner  these actions are in his personal capacity and therefore  the Department of Justice cannot act well that rings very hollow given all that has occurred since that letter which was date marked 19^th January 2005  from Michael Mc Dowell’s Private Secretary “If the complaint is about official duties Judges are independent in the exercise of their official duties and subject only to the constitution and the law If the complaint is of a civil or criminal nature it is again the case that the Minister has no role in the matter” The Petitioner had already made  it plain the complaint was of a criminal and civil nature The Petitioner will let others decide on that type of response by a Minister for Justice   given the events that happened since that letter was sent

Louise Walshe well all the Petitioner can say on that is Barry White was asked directly in face to face meetings had they any contact details for the Petitioner’s natural mother and Barry White stated categorically that he had no contact details And has been said by a posting already on this blog ”Their masters voice” the reaction in July 2004 to a simple two liner letter the Petitioner sent to their natural mother at one of the many postal addresses the Petitioner found

That reaction and what happened subsequently in all the events that have occurred could be termed under Panacea. – used figuratively as something intended to completely solve a large, multi-faceted problem.  However what these people do not want to comprehend is they by their actions in all of this created the larger multi faceted problem

Well there has been someone searching using the above search engine sites and since in the case of the Garda mentioned above two of them Garda Denis Heneghan –in writing 2008 – and Garda Sean Allen –verbally 2005 – said they could find no fraud So why would anyone be doing those searches. In the case of Sean Allen solicitors 7 North Great Georges Street The Petitioner cannot find any Sean Allen Solicitors in the phone book at that address However a street within a quarter of a mile of that particular street in Dublin 1 used  to have in the 1960’s a mother and baby home run by a religious order and the Petitioner found a birth certificate for a Mary Bridget White born in St Kevin’s Hospital 24^th June 1962 at that mother and baby home address However the Petitioner in this blog has made no reference to that address So who used that search engine?

 Garda Michael Larkin as has been said in this blog did make contact with the Petitioner in 2007 and The Petitioner heard nothing more from Garda Larkin after sending him a letter and when the Petitioner looked for a copy of that letter from Garda Larkin in 2009 Garda Larkin would not return the Petitioner’s three phone calls and it took the Petitioner writing at the suggestion of an administrator in The Garda Ombudsman office to the Superintendent of the Garda Wicklow Town to get a copy of the letter sent back to them

Well a Fiona Cleary was the Garda who rang The Petitioner July 2004 to say the Petitioner had hit Fiona Cleary’s car in Drury Street Car Park and had left their name address and telephone number on Fiona Cleary’s windscreen The Petitioner had not hit her car in the car park and had left no such details on the windscreen of the said car As between the car Fiona Cleary said she owned and the Petitioner’s car was a concrete support bollard for the building so it would have been impossible for the Petitioner to hit Fiona Cleary’s car

Well that is some search by medical professional whom by such searches such Norman Delanty and Barry White have associated themselves with these frauds

Hugh Staunton as can be seen has done a number of searches The one Hugh Staunton + Rye only the person who did that search can enlighten on However it has to be a person who was aware of the events as they occurred in the time period in respect of a property called Ryemore

Beaumont Hospital has been used as a search engine on its own or with others and Beaumont Hospital through their FOI officer informed in Autumn 2010 are aware that the Beaumont file has been tampered with and documents altered after an almost complete copy of the file was sent out to the Petitioner As a subsequent letter October 1991 was left on the file which confirmed the original letter of Hugh Staunton May 1991 confirming that May 1991 was the first time he had met the Petitioner when they became his patient

Beaumont Hospital FOI Officer also has been informed in Autumn 2010 that a letter on the file from a registrar of Norman Delanty saying they had met the Petitioner the previous day on the file for March 2003 is a complete fabrication as the Petitioner was out in Beaumont Hospital for the last time June 2002 and the Petitioner met Norman Delanty and the Petitioner also has signed time sheets for the first four months of 2003 showing they had no time off work in that four month time period January to May 2003

And Moira White who name has also been used as a search engine was in attendance at that June 2002 meeting when Norman Delanty said in her presence to the Petitioner “can you forgive us for what we have done”

Maureen Boyd signed off on documents in 2006 claiming she was the Petitioners GP a total lie it was not the case

Brian Mc Caffrey had someone impersonate them in a meeting which was taped in November 2005 If Brian Mc Caffrey subsequently signed off on documents stating he was in attendance at that meeting Then that is fraud as a Garda in the fraud bureau of investigation has already confirmed in person to the Petitioner

Siobhan Lyons  name has also been used as a search engine for this site well Siobhan Lyons FOI Officer Coombe Hospital  told the Petitioner in October 2006 ” I have read that file you are not that child”  this was in reference to the child   born in the Coombe Hospital which the Coombe Hospital referred to in letters as “Baby White” to the Petitioner in 2007

So Maurice Sherling or someone on Maurice Sherling’s behalf is using his name as a regular search engine to view this site Also using their name to search the site are the solicitors for Maurice Sherling for the duration of that lease Lennon Heather Also searching the site for their name has been Judge Linnane or someone on Judge Linnane’s behalf And Jennifer O Connell who wrote to Donal O Kelly – Bar Council in 2009 to say she was briefed by Lennon Heather to appear in the case and Lennon Heather also confirmed that in writing to the General Secretary of the Bar Council Donal O Kelly that Jennifer O Connell was their barrister for the case in December 2006 and the Interlocutory Injunction the Petitioner took in the High Court in January 2007

Now the December 2006 Circuit Court case had to be held before a list was read as The Petitioner was in the Circuit Court at 10.07am and the list was still been read and only two cases were heard between that and the recess at 11am The first case a commercial lease dispute and the second case a case against a shopping centre for slippery steps in a car park And when the Petitioner went up to the Registrar in the Circuit Court at the Recess at 11am to ask about their case The Registrar told the Petitioner their case had been heard first Well the only way for that to happen was for it to have been heard before the list was read

Tom Day did say to the Petitioner in Autumn 2004 about the February 2004 letting agreement “why are you paying rent on that house” The Petitioner’s reply was” nobody has told me any different and a letting agreement was set up by Sherry Fitzgerald naming Maurice Sherling as the landlord”

A Regular Search

 

Since this blog was set up 12 months ago Barry and Rosemary White have done a search on the site on a regular basis As the search records for this site shows – “These are terms people used to find your site – Barry and Rosemary White” Shows up on a regular basis

So what is the reason for their curiosity As they have made no attempt to publicly deny what has been said about them on this blog or to publicly explain their role in all of these matters

Well three months after his mother died Barry White was hospitalised by his wife Rosemary White one Sunday evening as he was reading through paperwork he had brought home from the Law Library Rosemary White did not inform his sisters of the hospitalization it was only approx four days later when his sister Niamh White could not contact him on his mobile to talk to him about their mother’s estate that she rang the landline to his house and his wife Rosemary White told Niamh White where he was

Well the Petitioner informed in 2008 from a reliable source a person totally unconnected and un related to the White family that Barry White is suffering from depression and has been since his mother died and is currently on anti depressants not been prescribed by a doctor but given to him by a member of his family

As when the Petitioner met Barry White face to face in September 2004 he was able to answer questions asked to him although stonewalling and been evasive in the answers In November 2005 that was not the case the only answers Barry White gave to questions were “no” or “nothing happened” And he denied to the Petitioner that he was walking on a harbour two months earlier and had walked past the Petitioner without acknowledging them with tears rolling down his cheek The Petitioner followed up on that denial with the organisation who managed the CCTV cameras in the area and was told the persons described on the dates mentioned could be seen walking in the directions mentioned in the area said.

In August 2006 others said perhaps this event will jog his memory so they had to have a reason for making that comment and was it that Barry White was saying  he could not remember anything of the events mentioned?

In 2007 when the Petitioner was working with in Revenue one of their colleagues who were following a case Barry White was presiding over  said that he appeared to be prompting the Defence Counsel The Petitioner’s response to that was “well he was a defence counsel for most of his career and old habits die-hard”

In January 2008 Barry White  made mistakes in his summing up of a case he was in and subsequent to that case the Petitioner was informed by their reliable source a person totally unconnected and un related to the White family that Barry White was off the bench for 11 months

In 2010 Barry White made comment on a case he was hearing and after the recess having realised it said as a result he might have to excuse himself from the case

As a pediatrician and former neighbour of the White family said to the Petitioner at meeting in November 2009 where the retired pediatrician was buying a signed copy of one of the petitioners books And the Petitioner mentioned what they had heard  about this un prescribed medication to Barry White The retired pediatrician said  “whomever is doing that is playing a very dangerous game”
