In the 1911 census Dublin there is only one Kennealy in Dublin aged 59 an Elizabeth Kennealy However there is a Patrick Kennedy living at 9 Rialto Cottages with a wife Mary another name for Margaret which was Frances Kennealy’s second name a son Mary aged 9 Konkie’s actual name was Mary a son James aged 8 a son Michael aged 6 and a son Patrick three now there was son to the Frances aged 6 and Joseph Kennealy born in 1908 second name was Patrick and married under the name Patrick Joseph Kennealy in the 1946 as already said to a woman whose maiden name was Sheehy. This head of the household Patrick Kennedy is on the electoral roll 1911-1912 at that address He is then at 6 Emerald Cottages off Grand Canal Street
And 6 Emerald Cottages that is where a Margaret Kennedy was born in 25th September 2012 baptised September 1912 at Haddington Road Church also married there 12th August 1942 to a Michael Walsh and a boy Michael Walsh was born and died October –December 1943 and another Michael Walsh aged 62 died October –December 1944 Now Margaret Bernadette Kennealy did not come on the Electoral Roll at Guilford Road until 1946 and was there until 1956 The distance from Guilford Road and Wilfield Road is three minutes
The Peter Kennealy the Kennealy sisters all claimed came from Bury Lancashire was not the father of all of them if any as a search of that family none of them were in Ireland There was a Peter Kennealy in Ennis born 1876 he went to Australia 1906 and died there in 1925 Now given the detail of the Kennealy’s in Manchester they said he could have been related to them, such as cousin as he would have been 16 years younger that the married Peter Kennealy head of the household in Bury Lancashire 1901 census died 1905 The two other sons John and William were on the census 1911 John and one of his sisters was left the businesses in 1921 when their mother died according to probate records John Kennealy died in Bury Lancashire 1937 William Kennealy married 1913 and was in the Royal Lancashire Fusiliers 1914-1920 and died in Bury Lancashire 1941
And Frances Mc Hugh married in Newry in 1909 and Joseph Kennealy had a picture of a wedding with four children all seated around the two who married The other person was Patrick Kennedy who was from Dromore Co Down He was found with Mary Frances on electoral rolls in Rialto Cottages and Emerald Cottages Dublin 1911-1915 Also the electoral roll with four children 1911 a daughter Margaret was born in Emerald Cottages 1912
And Margaret Kennedy can be found on a shipping list August 1952 on the Queen Mary going from Southampton to New York saying her occupation was a teacher and as already said it was Margaret Bernadette Kennealy who married Albert J Wild in August 1963 And Margaret Wild born 25th September 1912 died 24th February 1999 buried Forest Lawn Memorial Park SSN number 571-42-8617 And Albert J Wild born March 1911 died January 1997 in Phoenix Arizona and an Albert J Wild was also married an Esther Ann Rosencrans in Los Angeles California in 1941
A search done on Mitchell 62 Butterfield avenue 1950-1086 and on it in the 1960’s were Patrick Mitchell and a Carmel Mitchell well that was the person he married however she was in America It would appear to be Isabella Smyth taking the name of his first wife like that until 1970 and then you had a Peter I Mitchell added matching the Peter I Smyth found born 1950 He now lives in Dalkey as Peter PA Smyth Then you had added Edmond G Mitchell born 1952 He now lives on Wellington Road and is a consultant in Beaumont Hospital practices and qualified as Edmond B Smyth He is registered as a doctor as Edmond Smyth However has rooms in Blackrock Clinic as E Bruce Mitchell Who in 2007 said he was Margaret Mitchell’s son and by inference Barry White’s cousin Neither any relation to Barry White as they are the sons of Isabella Smyth who died December 2013 And Pat Mitchell was an in law Now the only way they could be related is if Peter C Kennedy born 2nd quarter of 1946 was Pat Mitchell’s and then these persons would be half brothers now that would be an interesting scenario
Then in 1972 Bridget Mitchell was added she was Marna and stayed there until mid 1970s when she was listed on the electoral roll at another house on Butterfield Avenue By 1982 Carmel Mitchell Peter Mitchell and Edmond Mitchell were no longer on the electoral roll there Only Patrick and Bridget Mitchell So had Isabella Smyth once her sons had left Butterfield Avenue and gone back to the north and her daughters Moya and Margaret and her husband by the marriage to another Patrick Mitchell who was ten years older than the other Pat Mitchell As she was on electoral roll 2002-2012 in a Nursing home up in Ballycastle Co. Antrim Patrick Mitchell was the headstone in Clone Leitrim which had Michael Mitchell died 1942 Margaret Mitchell died 1943 Their son Patrick died 1900 is wife Margaret died 2013 and their daughter Margaret died 1994 on it
Now that 1970 listing of Bridget Mitchell would tally with Tony’s Kennealy’s Death a row in the Mitchell household Butterfield Avenue Tony having a stroke and been treated for a heart attack by medical student Edmond He is registered as a doctor as Edmond Smyth A row in St Vincent’s where Konkie was barred from the hospital at her sisters request it had to be Marna in Ireland row in hospital over what? Registration of Baby White? Did Bridget find Isabella Smyth under her name as Carmel and a row broke out? Hence Tony’s stroke it was never said what the row in the Mitchell house was about
Now Edmond B Smyth has to be aware of the Data Protection Act as when Nemesisone was having one of three MRI scans after surgery 2003 a Dr Smyth came into the scanner room, as the radiographer called him and the radiographer said “I will drop that file into you later” what file was Dr Smyth looking for? As under Data Protection Act he had not got the right to Nemesisone’s file Nemesisone did not think it unusual at the time as Barry White up to that point 2003 or publicly since that Nemesisone is aware ever admitted Edmond Smyth was related to him, And the Data Protection Commissioner has reprimanded hospitals for allowing doctors see files for people of which they not the doctor And those three scans totally refute what Ciaran Foley said November 2016 and the judge hearing the case replicated in a cut and paste job done from the transcript
