Now the The Doppel Ganger -Tim Trimble was one of those referred to in the Posting – A Yield House

The table below is currently on Trinity College’s web page

Qualification Institution Class of Degree Title of Dissertation Date Conferred

Publisher: S.l. : The author, 2001.

Bib Id: 953862

Dissertation Note Thesis (Ph. D.) – University of Ulster, 2001.

Subject: juvenile offenders delinquency

Source University of Ulster date 20th February 2012

So it will be interesting to see what Tim Trimble’s thesis mentioned on the Trinity College Dublin web page is about  As the last three columns of the table on Trinity College Dublin’s web page have not been completed The Class of Degree, The Title of Dissertation, The Date conferred

It’s Title

It’s Subject:

It’s Date

It’s Publisher

It’s Funding

It’s Acknowledgments

Is the Dissertation note mentioned above for the University of Ulster what Tim Trimble’s Thesis was about and in the last ten years since the Dissertation note was submitted have any changes been made

Tim Trimble is and continues to be a lecturer in Trinity College Dublin and is now using the title Doctor against his name within Trinity College Dublin web page and in 2010 was and still is a Junior Dean of Trinity College Dublin

What’s in a Title

February 3, 2012

The Petitioner’s solicitor received a letter from Sinead Mc Bride Solicitor and Information Compliance Officer TCD dated 12th January 2012 stating “Lorraine Swords did not complete her doctorate in Trinity College Dublin” Lorraine Swords completed her doctorate in University College Dublin”

The Petitioner has done a search in the catalogue of both the university’s library’s both of them hold a copy of a document title All you need is…. written by Lorraine Swords and three others Sheila Greene Eimear Boyd Liz Kerrins

It is what is termed a pamphlet

Subject: Poverty in Ireland

Children’s experience of deprivation

Dated: September 2011

Publisher: Trinity College Dublin

Funded by: Barnardo’s and Vincent De Paul

The above pamphlet would not warrant the need for Lorraine Swords to be spending so much time in an area well outside the social inclusion vicinity she was doing a study on with three others  for ten months in 2011 in the time period prior to  the pamphlet been published

The Petitioner went into the Berkeley Library 24th January 2012 having ordered a copy of the pamphlet from Santry Stacks through the Petitioner’s graduate reader card and photocopied the pamphlet

It has the following breakdown of pages

Front and Back cover 2 pages

Contents 1 page

Introduction 5 pages

Methodology 5 pages

Findings 13 pages written graphs 5

Conclusions 1 ¼ pages

References 3 pages

Appendix 1 Information leaflet 1 page Consent Form 1 page 1 Copy of Survey 6 pages

Appendix 2 Information leaflet 1 page Consent Form 1 1 page 1 Copy of Survey 6 pages

Appendix 3 result of Survey 6 page database print out

Pictures 10

Each Chapter title was on a page on its own 5 pages

1 So Lorraine Swords when working with others is aware of the need for a Consent Form

When the Petitioner initially went in to read a copy of the document Lorraine Swords was  submitting 15th  December 2011 the Duty Librarian Berkeley Library suggested the Petitioner go over to Graduate Studies when the Petitioner did that they were asked to see the manager of the said department who on looking up on their database Lorraine Swords name said “they could say nothing on the matter and could you – the Petitioner – get their solicitor to write into the College Secretary Hence the reason for the above letter reply

Now University College Dublin does have a document attached to the name Lorraine Swords however that is quite categorically stated on the UCD Library catalogue as been published in 2006 Six years ago It is stated as a dissertation for a thesis It does not state definitely the level of or for whom the degree was conferred

A pamphlet as the Petitioner has been told that those type of documents are called by a lecturer in another Irish university not one of the above two The person also said it is quite common practice for a person to be writing a pamphlet at the same time as their Thesis and use the same title for both whether the person would use the same funding source the Petitioner does not know
