Public Record Facts over Fabrication

May 3, 2016

The story line told about the Duffy family does not match the general register or shipping records for example Patrick Desmond Duffy was said have been single to have gone to Hong Kong and joined the Hong Kong Police well the general Register shows the he married in the early 1940’s and was living up in North King Street in the 1940’s. Then he and the woman he married called Eileen along with five children born between1947-1956 went to Hong Kong leaving Southampton in December 1959 and the occupation for the Patrick Desmond Duffy on the shipping list was an architect And a Desmond Patrick Duffy (Dessie) died in Chapelizod 4th February 2008 Six days before Betty A White born 8th January 1957 died in Georgia 10th February 2008. referred to in paragraph two and three of the previous posting What the Public Records Say And Betty A White appears to be the person referred to as Baby White January 1957. So the persons who made that registration, then acknowledged it subsequently and the negotiations in the 1990’s on it’s registration as Betty A White to be used on a United States citizenship, between two lawyer cousins one a member of the New York Bar, the other at that point a member of the Dublin Bar, both born in 1944 were fully aware of the facts surrounding that registration

Now Rosaleen Duffy it was also said never married however there is a marriage registration for a Rosaleen Duffy and an electoral roll registration for her as Rosaleen Shaw on Rueben Ave 1955-1956 along with a marriage record to a Rosaleen Duffy and a Joseph Shaw 1951 Joseph and Rosaleen Shaw lived at 8 Reuben Avenue 1952=-1956 and 6 Grenville Avenue 1962-1964. Joseph Shaw had a clothes manufacturing business at 7 Camden Street Rosaleen Shaw as at 15 Abbeyfield Killester 1988-1998 prior to that Joseph Shaw had lived at that Abbeyfield address while 1972-1986 Rosaleen Shaw as Rosaleen Duffy lived at 33 Corrig Avenue. And there is a death record for an older person with surname Shaw for 1953 in Fermanagh So the address for the birth registration on Frances P Duffy born 1951 would be interesting was it 8 Rueben Avenue and was the hospital The Coombe. Flannerys Pub 6 Camden Street has in the middle of it iron gates with a padlock on them and a wooden double doors that entrance is obviously 7 Camden Street where the clothing manufacturer was it does not say what business is registered there Flannerys pub right beside Corrigan Funeral undertakers and Icon Health formerly Irish Nationwide formerly Winston’s drapers Grenville Avenue no longer exists in Dublin 8 it appears to have become part of the Dublin 8, Newmarket area 8 Rueben Avenue is still a residential terrace house And there is an electoral roll register for Luke Duffy and Patricia Kennealy on the Rathmines Road for the last quarter on 1952 And as already said Luke Duffy left for Canada July 1954 on his own and the address was Tinahinch Enniskerry Co Wicklow. However also interesting in Thom’s at 4 Seapoint Terrace 1969-1974 although it was not said she lived there it was said she lived and she was visited by the White family at 33 Corrig Avenue Dun Laoghaire, 4 Seapoint Terrace was the house right beside Trafalgar Terrace, it is now called 41 Seapoint Avenue and is according to Thom’s 2012 is occupied by a Daniel Wyatt. The 2016 telephone directory also has Daniel Wyatt attached to that address

Now an Ammie Wyatt is studying Archaeology at Trinity College Dublin Does she know an Isabella White who was referred to in a Tweet by Lidia Matassa lecturer Archaeology Trinity College Dublin who “still remembered Isabella White riding around Trinity College Dublin on a White Horse” Very similar to a scene Eragon 2006 in which Queen Algitha is riding Majax https://www.pinterest.com/pin/305541155941832761 Isabella White’s full registered name is Algitha Isabella Maud White And Postal addresses have been used before as with Elgiva White now calling herself Seline White at 6 Sorrento Terrace where she was calling herself Amy Forysth, where as Mary Mulcahy said the correspondence for Amy Forysth was been put in an envelope by the tenant of the house and forwarded onto Elgiva White’s actual residential address Elgiva White now using Christian name Selina and UCD class of 2014 UCD and barrister since 2017 and Siobhan Rigopatten actual name Sharon Rossiter and UCD class of 2015 and barrister since 2016

However Patricia Duffy lived on Seapoint Avenue in the house beside Trafalgar Terrace in that time period and was said to have bought the house and when Luke Duffy came home in the early 1970’s the house was sold and the proceeds split on a marriage break up. The storyline told was two of the Kennealys sisters Konkie and one other, met Patricia to ask why she had never said the marriage had broken up, well it appears to have been dissolved twenty years earlier, so what was the discussion about? And Desmond Duffy was on GRO paperwork one of the witnesses to that 1952 wedding

Whether the marriage broke up then or twenty years earlier, giving the shipping list Luke Duffy is on to Quebec in 1954 as already said three years before the birth registration of Mary Angela Duffy the volume page is higher than it should for a registration said to made mid-January 1957, as compared to the child said be born end January 1957 Also Luke Duffy like his brother Desmond, the date of birth matches the shipping list record and in the case of Luke Duffy the date birth matches the death registration for the Luke Duffy who died in 1983 in New York, however at variance with the story line told by the Kennealy sisters

Now in regard Kate Mc Hugh she can be found on the electoral roll 1938-1939 1939-1940 on 54 Wellington Street Dublin 7, then 1940-1952 at The Royal Hospital Donnybrook as a nurse Also at 24 Fairview Green with an Edward P Hart who married in 1942, from 1943 until 1951 Edward P Hart died in 1953 and Catherine Hart is on the electoral roll at that address 24 Fairview Green up to the 1958 Electoral Roll. Then in the 1962-1975 Electoral Roll and Thom’s Directory at 69 Frankfort Avenue Rathgar however in a house- 3 three doors away from the woman they claimed she was lived in, that 75 Frankfort Avenue address was vacated in 1975 and artist Maurice Mac Gonigal lived there until 1979- Catherine Hart moved out of 69 Frankfort Avenue in 1978. Again public records not matching the personal life story line for the particular person given by the Kennealy sisters

Now as for accountant Ian Cairnduff who died in 2005 some of the companies he worked for Smyths of the Green Gilbeys Leverett and Frye. Until his death he worked as principal in his own financial consultancy firm, Ian Cairnduff & Associates

Now Leverett and Frye established 1927 and still operating as a company are not a name well well-known nowadays however in the 1960’s they were the company that owned shops called Liptons and Findlaters In Chapter 16 on a book on the Findlaters reference is made by one of the sons of his father traveling in the 1960’s to The Royal Hospital Donnybrook to deliver off surplus produce and flowers from the shops and vegetable garden for the patients.

One of the former shops now occupied by another grocery chain had the offices above of a solicitor Dominic Dowling who died January 2013, this was the named solicitor for the vendors of the house mentioned in Postings June 2013, December 2013, January 2014, April 2014, July 2014 .and November 2015
