Now the comment was made about a posting published June 2010 There were three postings made that month one on the court case between Nerys Ryan and Barry White for child maintenance of Georgina Ryan White Now Barry White Nerys Ryan Georgina Ryan White and their respective barristers appear to have developed collective amnesia about the true events of that case however it is a court record available to the public Although there appears to be persons involved in these matters who are unwilling or unable to search for a court record The next about the house letting where there was a landlord for the duration of the lease The third one was titled stonewalling and it was about a meeting The Petitioner held with Barry White at the suggestion of Detective Garda Sean Allen who advised be blunt and direct with him which the Petitioner was as can be seen – if anyone cares to re read the Posting – to little avail On 16th September Garda Sean Allen rang the Petitioner to ask how the meeting had gone Barry was not prepared to come clean on the matter” Petitioner “He would not confirm anything” Garda Sean Allen “No nothing ”Petitioner“ He admitted nothing” Garda Sean Allen “He admitted nothing” and “ I have a written transcript of the meeting which I will drop up to you over the next few days” Petitioner
At that point Barry White had withheld one trust did not release a letter his mother had written to the Petitioner to be given after her death left in the hands of a solicitor one would have thought she could have been secure in the knowledge he would have acted on her instructions And he had covered up a fraud his sister Niamh White perpetrated in 2003 and was actively embellishing a rumour himself and his wife had started in the mid-late 1990’s about the parenting of Georgina Ryan White to a captive audience
As if that was not bad enough one year later 2005 Barry White decided to make a six million euro settlement on his daughter Georgina Ryan White out of the withheld trust inferring or stating directly he was entitled to do so by claiming she was someone else’s daughter with no documentary evidence to back up what he was saying nor it appears was it asked for by Deloitte London or HM Revenue
In 2008 approx one month before Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac and the Banking collapse Barry White took out a €85 loan with Anglo Irish Bank what collateral he used has yet to be declared despite that bank was first of all bailed out by the state and then in January 2013 dissolved
In 2009 Barry White started his next flight of the imagination claiming Amy Forysth and Laura Groves existed using his daughters Elgiva and Isabella White by his marriage to play out the roles claiming to be two years younger than they were and attendance in schools they were never in and living in an area they never lived in With the latter the person who has a commercial office at that address and is renting the property The Petitioner has been told by a company director that he re-addresses any correspondence to them under their false names back to them at their correct names and address Leaving the gaps in the chimera to be embellished upon by the academics and students of Trinity College Psychology Department to be navigated into their thesis with no facts to substantiate their whimsy.
Now as Barry nears his 69th birthday in less than six weeks he should ponder on events as they have happened and what might have happened had he not stonewalled after 8pm 15th September 2004 That meeting was held two days after Barry White’s sixtieth birthday
