Now the looking into the death of Paula Wallace seems to have sparked a lot of reaction why would the death of a local country doctor cause such a reaction? And in the National Archives there is a grant taken out for Vivienne Paula Wallace no will it said she owned the property in Tippeary and there was another house Auburn Villa in Monskstown Co Dublin whose 500 year lease started August 1975, so a lease split and a house built onto the side of another house, the values of those two properties match the probate value of Brigid Mary Maher and James John Maher’s will in London lodged 1977. And the sale of the Auburn Villa House on the Irish grant documents 1977 was the same date as the lodging of the probate for Brigid Mary Maher in London 15th July 1977 And there is a Probate for an Ada Mary Mc Cance Poole Dorset  death 1976 probate 1976 probate However a search in the Valuation office 19th February 2020 for that property on that road does not show either Paula Wallace Paula Maher or John Wallace as owners of that property 1975-1977 However the valuation office did put down the occupier it does not necessarily mean they are the owner. Also in the probate records are 125 shares for an Australian Mining company well this was the 1970’s a person to invest in an Australian Mining Company would have to have been out there. There was no internet, no intercommunicate world in those days Well in 1967 there is a passenger record for a Paula Maher and Michelle Newton from Southampton to Sydney Not South Africa as was said about Micheline Davis

In regard the Valuation office putting in names against properties However in the case of the fields off Mount Anville Road that was under a company name Corcha Duibne – marshy inlet- so it was the company that owned the fields

Now in The Nationalist Tipperary 21st November 1970 there is an obituary to a Dr Nora Plunkett nee Maher daughter of the late Mr and Mrs D C Maher Ardmayle Cashel married a Dr Harold Plunkett practised in the London Area and aunt of Dr Paula Wallace Emly/Cappawhite sister Mrs Albert Maher. This aunt Nora Plunkett a female doctor was never mentioned, MAHER, Nora Bridget, (fl.1920-37), background unknown. Matriculated at RCSI in 1920/21, graduated LRCPI, LM, LRCSI & LM in 1927. Address but no post in Cashel, Tipperary in 1932-37, after which not listed. Source Irish Medical Women – NUI Galway aran.library.nuigalway.ie Well she married Harold Dudley Plunkett July-September 1935 and moved to London after that

While Dr Julian Maher and Dr Michele Davies are mentioned as mourners they are not specified as related On 3rd February 2020 Nemesisone did a search in the GRO Werburgh Street there is no death registration for a Paula Wallace 1976 in any month nor Paula Maher, Paula Kennealy/Kenneally or Paula Kennedy Nor on an online search done 13th February 2020, for a web page that gives these registration details There is a Bridget Mary Maher Tipperary died 9th September 1976 however age 74 and In the UK death records there is the same Brigid Mary Maher Ladyswell Street Tipperary however that date of death is 20th July 1977 amount left in will £6,217 Administration London 29th August 1977 However that Brigid Mary Maher came from Killeaney Abbeyleix and died in November 1988 and from 1970-1983 had a number of notices for renewal and suitability of fitness for premises in Abbeyleix and Templemore in the Leinster Express and Irish Independent And A Mary Brigid Maher had a notice in the Nationalist and Leinster Times January 2003 for a past pupil reunion for Brigidine Convent Mountrath. And an Ellen Kennedy Clonmel 21st August 1976 Nenagh however the age 77 unless that should read 37 And a Maureen Nagle age 36, so correct in age, Dublin 8 registered December 1978 And a William Maher married an Eliza Nagle in Roscrea Tipperary 1899 marriage registered 1st quarter 1900 and an Anastasia Nagle married a William Maher 1st quarter 1894 in Cashel Co Tipperary, so the use of a grandmother’s surname was available And there is a marriage registration for a Rosaleen Duffy and an electoral roll registration for her as Rosaleen Shaw on Rueben Ave Dublin 8 1955-1956 along with a marriage record to a Rosaleen Duffy and a Joseph Shaw 1951 Joseph and Rosaleen Shaw lived at 8 Reuben Avenue 1952-1956 and 6 Grenville Avenue Dunlin 8 1962-1964. Joseph Shaw had a clothes manufacturing business at 7 Camden Street so an address there could have been available

Now 2 weeks prior to her death Paula Wallace had a visit from two of her cousins who brought a present of pears with them what was that were the two afraid of an event going pear shaped One of the cousins at that point was one year short of been called again to the Dublin bar under the latest at that point in their metamorphosis of names, the other two years after Tanya O Dwyer had to be driven to Athlone from Kinvara after 11 pm at night based on what she say when she went downstairs that night Now the reaction to a search on Paula Wallace’s death and probate has garnered a reaction Nemesisone was told 19th February 2020 by someone who met a person from Tipperary who knew the events of what happened, he said that Paula Wallace died from falling down the stairs during a row with cousins And Nemsisone was told 4th March 2020 it was the male cousin who was responsible for the fall. As per 1975 Thom’s premises 4 was vacant then going down the lane D B Auto repairs, then another vacant premises then 6 Hewitt FN Newsagents, then 6a Mac Enterprises then 7 Carrick Hoover Centre, then 7a MJ Mc Guirk Accountants and then 9 MJ Coyle Accountants As in the 1978 Thoms numbers 4 and 5 were vacant premises Hewett is 6 and 7 Carrick Hoover centre So Hewetts Newsagent was beside the premises Paula Wallace acquired August 1975 sold after her death in July 1977

On 16th February 2020 a house with relation connections to the events of August 1976 had its own two cars parked in the driveway along with five from Louth and one from Tipperary So who else was at that meeting August 1976 well Barry White these days goes nowhere without his personal legal adviser Ciaran Foley, as Nemesisone barrister described him November 2016 However Ciaran Foley was only two years in the Law Library then Could the legal adviser then have been Ian Brennan who was called to the bar the same time as Barry White, as in July 2007 during the White family’s attempt to justify their actions Nemesisone was in the coffee shop of the Four Courts and who was down there at the same time having a coffee together Ian Brennan and Stephen Maher

Now there was court case 2016-2017 Number 2016 281 CA for eviction over non-payment of rent for a house called twin trees under Judge Lenanne and the landlord was a James Foley Florida Since the eviction the house has been left empty with ivy growing all around it The solicitor was one Nemesisone had originally in their court case did they halfway through realise their conflict hence the options they took Mr James Foley must have been a better option And had this property and others anything to do a court record for 21st November 2016 Ciaran Foley v Deloitte 2016/10370P Plaintiff Ciaran Foley Solicitors Thomas Montgomery a firm slated in court October November 2016 by Ciaran Foley and George Brady and still his firm was prepared to act for Mr Ciaran Foley Surely there was a conflict of interest? Now was that case anything to do with Niamh White and her fraud 2002-2003 and Mr Foley was covering his bases seeing first hand the 4-5th Alzheimer stage of Niamh White October 2016 Now James and Dr Mary Foley put in a planning application 19th November 2019 date received 21st November 2019 and then withdrawn 25th November 2019 the planning department letter on public record commented on the withdrawal of the planning application 4 days after the initial application went in and said no further action would be taken at that time As the same planning application went in again 16th December 2019. That house as of 1987-1997 Thoms directory had a Mr Patrick Foley as the occupier well that is the middle name of Ciaran Foley as per a Irish Sugar report Ciaran Foley did in the 1980’s Then a George Mc Kean from 1998-2003 Then no mention of the house until 2005 -2012 with an Adrienne Ringrose however at that point the house was the last on the list for the road, along with four other houses not in order of where they are on the road but after a large modern house on the road where one of the occupiers had Portland-Miller as their surname, so How did the Foley family come back into the ownership/plaintiff for the 2016 court case, unless it never changed hands? And shows a link between the Miller Foley and White family never admitted, but obvious to see in the court case 2016 And an accountant  retiree of the Barton Family was seen outisde that house September 2021 said to be doing the garden however there is a record of a Barton marrying a Foley in 1982 US And  Mary T Barton Warwickshire marying a Kevin P Foley 3rd quarter 1983 and a death notice for  an Anges Barton Foley 1975  in Vancover Canada

And was that reason for the case against Deloitte And a court record for 21st November 2016 Ciaran Foley v Deloitte 2016/10370P Plaintiff Ciaran Foley Solicitors Thomas Montgomery a firm slated in court October November 2016 by Ciaran Foley and George Brady and still his firm was prepared to act for Mr Ciaran Foley Surely there was a conflict of interest? And the persons in the December 2019 application live in Florida

And in regard in laws to the White Family the Florida resident divorced 2012 in Rochester New York and is this the division of the assets of spouses and if so where did the respective spouses get the assets? And a newspaper article 22nd November 1974 a development for dormer bungalows off Knoacknacree road to be called Knocknacree Park as distinct from a Knocknacree Park already there to be renamed Prince Patrick. This 1970’s development was by a company called Cead Construction Architect Ray F Mac Donnell related to Rosemary Mac Donnell and Captain Des Ringrose of Murphy Buckley Keogh estate agents

And Paula Maher as per her obituary came to Ireland 1968 worked in the district office Cappawhite Waterford before joining John Wallace practice prior to her death and when she first came over she was renting a flat on the corner of Appian way and Lesson Street with her son Patrick and John Wallace was not supposed be Ireland yet well a Dr John Wallace nominated by Royal College of Physicians was the expert witness in the Shan Mohangi retrial June 1964 so he had to be in Ireland prior to that And there was a John Wallace at that time period in Thom’s at 51 Wellington Quay which is right beside Merchants Arch There was in 1976 a Dr Molly B Wallace on Crofton Avenue Monkstown and there is also a Dr M B Wallace a cardiologist in The Adelaide in that same time period

Now there is no record of Patricia Duffy/Kennedy Kennealy/Bowers been buried or ashes interred in Glasnevin Cemetery however there a Patricia White buried in Glasnevin date of death 8th September 1982 and a Patricia White buried in Deansgrange date of death 3rd September 1982 neither age matches however that has happened with Paula Wallace her first cousin And a birth registration for a Patricia M White January-March 1940 in Rathdown was that another of those registrations made in these manner As Brendan White Kevin White’s brother married in Rathdown and is that why Anthony Kenneally went to such lengths in November 1952 to make the registration for November 1939 under the name surname Kennealy and Kennedy As given what is was said Patricia died of, there has to have been a post mortem she was found dead in her flat the body decomposing If she was registered in death as Patricia White it would explain no graveyard record under the other names and would explain the use of the surname White for the registrations of her daughters in Dublin 17th April 1951 died 29th November 2018 and 8th January 1957 died 10th February 2008, both births in the Coombe Hospital Dublin 8

Who was blamed for the events of August 1976 as the February after Niamh White’s death a bench in a local park had a plaque put saying goodbye hurts the most when the story was left unfinished fortunately there are things death cannot touch Well others in that 1976 grouping had the track record as could be seen with Ellen Kennedy 1998 and Patricia Duffy 1983 whose body was found decomposing in her flat the death was put down to cancer

Now in September 1982 shortly a murderer was in arrested in the upmarket flat of the then Attorney General Kevin White and Niamh White were it was said were going up the steps of an insurance building on Burlington Road and met a solicitor who said “terrible thing to happen sad day Kevin” The insurance company had to be rescued by the state two years later. The ICI was owned by AIB it ICI had a connection to Prudential which in turn had a connection to Irish Life In 1984 the general insurance company became insolvent. The Insurance Corporation of Ireland Life (ICI Life) was the Life Assurance subsidiary of the Insurance Corporation of Ireland. The Government of Ireland wrote off the debts of Insurance Corporation of Ireland and sold the ICI Life arm as a profitable going concern to Prudential. Prudential Life operated in Ireland until its acquisition by Irish Permanent Building Society. The life office then traded as Progressive Life. However was the meeting by chance was it the claiming of Patricia’s life insurance policy made out to her children Niamh White, David Bowers and Patricia Jocelyn White And the solicitor knew what he was commenting on as the murder victim in the second case Donal Dunne came from Offaly, in that case the state put in nolle prosequi and the defence SC was Barry White

Or was it at the Mespil flats where it was said Patricia was found dead and the step father and daughter were clearing out the flat with access through the help of a solicitor. As Betty Jocelyn White/Mary Angela Duffy said when she got there a few months later all her mother’s goods were in boxes in the caretakers rooms And that would explain the Patricia Jocelyn White registration for an address in Nelson Street for 8th January 1957
