A Pocketful of Rye

November 27, 2010

The Petitioner now has a journalist interested in running their story in a National Newspaper However the White family through the solicitor they used Dermot O Neill in the court case are tying to block the story been published  claiming court confidentiality There were two separate cases merged June 2007 at the behest of Ciaran Foley barrister for the White Family in open court in front of Judge Laffoy

However after three months of a charade May – July 2007 the Petitioner won their case  the White Family  lost their case unheard of the Petitioner has been told for anyone to have lost such an appeal to the courts  in the application  the White family  took So the Petitioner is well within their rights to allow the story be told publicly

Now the Journalist gave the Petitioner a piece of information relating to a name the same as a member of the White family now deceased -Emily Gertrude White – It involved the disposal of land that went for a development called Foxford off Ballyowen Lane Lucan now the name of the disposer was an Emily Gertrude White however there was no admission to the Petitioner of Emily Gertrude White owning land on Ballyowen Lane  in Emily Gertrude White’s lifetime. Why would that have been?  And  there appears to be no reference to it in her assets in the Probate office unless the residual of that disposal was the approx €840,000 that was in her Probate as Personal Assets in 2005 and subsequent to that was removed. Could that Foxford Disposal be part of the  current discussions Revenue are having with the Administrators for Emily Gertrude White’s estate ? Discussions already admitted taking place by Revenue and  the solicitor for Emily Gertrude White’s estate

This Land Disposal for the development subsequently called Foxford once verified as the late Emily Gertrude White would explain all of these matters and if so then the White would have been well advised to let sleeping dogs repose and not have taken the actions they did in the last ten years

The Journalist also confirmed what the Petitioner had already heard from their Private Investigator that Barry White was on a Debtors List with Anglo Irish Bank however the journalist knew the amount €85m Now as already said it is known within the newspaper industry Barry White is in debt to Anglo Irish Bank for €85m Now Barry White had a debt with Anglo Irish Bank for €85m, who cleared that as at the time the state was clearing those debts at 20% Nemesisone thought it was Ryemore however that was earmarked for the deal on Crammagh Corca Duibhe and Marjoy so was that Bank of Ireland Banagher and if so with what money?
