Well the person who calls themselves Melanie has taken the last three postings very personally As Melanie has made a legally termed categorical denial  that “Melanie is not related in anyway to the “said parties” Would the said Melanie like to repeat that  categorical denial using their real name or would they like to confirm that Melanie is their real Christian name registered on their birth certificate. Or say what they mean by “said parties” which in legal terms means person/s involved in legal proceedings

Now the person who came tot he said Melanie’s defence  Denise O Toole either has not read the postings correctly or has read only what they wanted to see As The Petitioner is referring to the PAYE system which is pay as you earn be that in a wage or a salary

Also Denise O Toole’s comment on “tarnishing Judge Barry White’s good name and reputation” Well Barry White has no one to blame but himself for that situation as he called upon connections – be that the Department of Justice or the Irish Judiciary – to assist him, rather than relinquish assets And as already said if Barry White was able to contest the topics said on this Blog he would have done so by now

Now in relation to PPS numbers that Denise O Toole refers to been issued at an early age nearly after the birth of a child Had any of the persons involved in the documents referring to Georgina Ryan White chosen to do a search they would have found a Social Welfare record for Nerys Ryan @ 1987 – 2005 under Lone Parent Allowance naming Nerys Ryan as the mother Georgina Ryan White as the daughter  and Barry White as the father and what maintenance Barry White was paying £26 a week the minimum amount that could be paid under child maintenance The Petitioner did seek in Spring 2010 through a public body a copy of that Social Welfare printout to no avail Given the 2005 fraudulent settlement  confidentiality could not be used as an explanation for non release

A PPS would be given to a minor in those cases when one or both the parents are on any type of  Social Welfare So Georgian Ryan White would have had a PPS number from an early age In the same way the child born in April 2012 would have a PPS number as their mother would be on Lone Parent Allowance

Now Elgiva White eldest daughter of Barry and Rosemary White and half sister to Georgiana Ryan White, who in October 2011 joined the same gym as the Petitioner despite there been five gyms nearer to her catchment area As on the 15^th July 2012 Elgiva White on seeing The Petitioner in a mirror reflection took a step backwards to cover her view with an open locker door And as The Petitioner walked past Elgiva White turned her body to the side on a chair with high armrests. Well Elgiva White what was that about?

The term Innocent Children that The Petitioner refers to is used in the context of the pamphlet Trinity College published September 2011 in what they refer to in such terms as that and perception and where they used an area well outside the social context of their study to collate their report or that is what they claim is the only thing they were working on the time period involved.

Nevertheless the said Melanie in respect of harassment the said parents as you claim the Petitioner has had no chosen public contact with the said parents you refer to

However here are three examples of harassment against The Petitioner in the last two months

22^nd May 2012 The Petitioner got on a train at their local station at 14.40 approx at the next station a person got on and sat opposite the Petitioner and started to read a book called The last days of the Third Reich The Petitioner got off two stations later The person was a Mike Davenport However the previous day the Petitioner had been doing a search as to whom in Trinity College was the father of the child born in April 2012 and one of the names that came up was a Mike Davenport The father as it turns out is Latislav Timulak who is now on camera three times over the last two weeks collecting and delivering the child home on a one day a week basis And when this matter was made public on the blog was seen on camera 16th October 2011 going up to the house next door with Fiona Newell and Elizabeth Nixon

4^th July 2012 11am approx the Petitioner got off their train three stops from their local station and who was standing on the station non other than Hilary White talking to another woman who on seeing the Petitioner go through the ticket turnstile turned in the opposite direction Now Hilary White does not use public transport and has according to a friend of hers in 2009 bought a new car. Hilary White was standing right in front of the station’s CCTV camera’s

8^th July 2012 12.50 pm the Petitioner left their house and two men standing opposite started to follow the route The Petitioner was taking The Petitioner let the Englishmen pass them out however further up the road they stopped to let the Petitioner go past them, The two Englishmen well spoken as they commented on a house with a large garden as they walked past. The Englishmen then followed the Petitioner up to their local station not a tourist route and as they were walked past the station they were not going to get a train The Petitioner walked up onto the foot bridge before the station and one of the Englishmen looked to their right and they were caught on camera as there is a CCTV camera point out onto the footpath at that footbridge  One of the Englishmen was carrying an umbrella with the Dublin City Council logo on it

Below is a response from someone who calls themselves Melanie Now whomever the Melanie is has knowledge of this situation however it is not accurate and the person concerned has to be either one of those mentioned or related to them and appears to be immature and  naïve and has made no attempt to establish the correct facts in respect of their inaccuracy could have been listening to their parents talking about this matter and parrot like repeated the erroneousness details

Nemesisone response well that is a raw nerve and as the other ten words had some knowledge of the situation not correct as per usual, as Melanie not aware of all of the facts and has underestimated by 37.5% on the first comment and 41.5% on the second comment

So was Melanie one of the persons mentioned? Not in name, but that can be arranged

If Melanie wishes a picture can be posted up on the blog of the Trinity Psychology Lecturer collecting his child for weekly visit from the mother – “the shelf stacker”

Also Nemesisone now has the IP address of Melanie

Nemesisone says – Melanie you are bluffing as if you have the IP address it has no bearing on Nemisisone’s PC

Also to date the only reason Nemesione has not released the names is out of consideration to the innocent children involved in this not the parents

However if the parents wish to challenge this their names can and will be released  And those who funded this charade which led to the outcome can be named

If this is the person Nemisione believes it is than the individual did the same thing with the court record 270/89 for Nerys Ryan v’s Barry White June 12^th 1989 And again choose to accept the ambiguous details given to them by their relations Rather than look for the facts on public record. The person if they are the individual Nemesisone believes them to be are immature and naïve. Nemeisone has said to others “they have to  grow up and look at the actual facts as they really happened” and the response back has been “their parents will not let them” This individual is now a young adult  a third level student who appears ironically to be studying law, and would not have a PPS number for PAYE yet.

Now in respect of the children born in 1998 and 2000 that relevance is the mother The Corporate Legal Affairs Officer was found the job by her husband’s cousin, who had an investment in the IT Company in the 1990’s which led to the meeting of the mother and the politician in an upcoming mobile phone Licence bid

Now when the Petitioner saved one of those responses from Melanie and subsequently tried to open it a notice popped up saying “the file cannot be opened because of it’s contents” Now the provider of that software to the public library concerned happens to be the current employer of the mother of the children born in 1998 and 2000 Is that just pure coincidence?

Now the children born in 2003 the meeting of the mother of the children and father came about ironically as a result of the husband of the Children born in 1998 and 2000 refusing to relinquish assets whether the knowledge or suspected comprehension of those children’s parenting born in 1996 and 1998 had any bearing on the husband’s decision Nemesisone does not know? Nevertheless, the children born in to a living off the taney road 2003 were as a result of their natural father and mother meeting on a regular basis as they knew both parties

Now the child born in 2012 was the result of a Trinity Psychology Lecturer helping colleagues working exclusively on what they claim was a pamphlet on deprived children in the inner city however the command center for compiling their data and statistics was well outside Dublin’s inner city So the Psychology Lecturer was socializing with a person they would not meet in ordinary circumstances

The funders  of that pamphlet were Barnardo’s and Vincent De Paul The Chairman of  Barnardo’s is Alan Wyley and the new national president for St Vincent de Paul is Geoff Meagher  Perhaps those charities as already said might be interested in looking at how their funding could be channeled outside it’s original remit
