Clarification based on Electoral Rolls

March 1, 2016

In regard the previous posting Nemesisone one said that according to Thom’s Kevin White lived at 1 Riverside Frankfort Park well that was what the White family said however as per a search on the electoral roll for the time period 1945-1954 there is no one living at 1 Riverside Franfort Park, Kevin White as already said in a previous posting was on the Dublin Corporation for 2 Inns Quay Dublin 7 for the same time period and longer giving his abode as 1 Riverside Frankfort Park

So he had leased the house 1 Riverside and was using it as his residential address And this could explain the comment of Mary Feeney Josephine Ahern’s sister who said her sister raised Barry White until her was five years of age, and no mention of rearing a Hilary White for the same time period, so where was the family unit for that time period? As the other person over the voting age who should have been on the electoral roll for the time period was Emily G White And the visitor to Amberley Nursing Home with Hilary White to see Mary Feeney would that have been Dennis P White trying to find out more about his time as a child as Mary Feeney told the person Nemesisone had visit her that her sister Josephine Ahern raised Barry White until he went to school so she would have raised any other son/child And there was no reference by Mary Feeney to the raising of Hilary White Now a visitors book would have to be signed by the guests on entering Amberley Nursing home so whoever was with Hilary White had to sign in as well

Now on the Electrical Roll 1945-1954 for 2 Riverside was Josephine Ahern it would have been expected to find John Loder as he was an English citizen and the voting rights for English citizens did not come into law until after that time period 1983 which was to reciprocate the 1949 Act in the UK which gave Irish Citizens the right to vote in English Elections There was a Martin Chambers for the years 1952-1953 however not after that well Martin Chambers death registration is for 1954 and a Josephine Chambers death registration for 1957.

On the Electoral Roll for 3 Riverside Frankfort Park is a Vincent Doyle from 1948-1954 then 1954-1955 the Country Club Churchtown as Vintner Then 1971-1978 11 Trees Road Mount Merrion under Patrick Doyle and an Eileen Doyle, no other persons on the electoral Roll Then 7 Thornhill Road Mount Merrion 1979-1978 under the name Patrick Vincent Doyle and an Elizabeth Doyle no mention of any other persons on the Electoral Roll for that house Be it under any other name such as Doy as the Margaret Briody there was no one under either of those surnames or that Christian name on the electoral roll for that time period. If the person came in then as an English citizen they would not have had the right to vote until 1983 nor any other adults connected to them such as the Ann or Geraldine as per the birth registrations found for Doy 1942, 1944 on the England Birth registrations.

There was one child born 1940 to that Doy, Briody 1938 marriage with the same maiden name Briody for the mother a son Robert who went on to marry in 1969 with two sons born in the 1970 and 1971 and all the family on an Electoral Roll for 2002.

In regard the 1971 marriage of Michael White and Rosanna Doyle Volume 5B Page 1916 well all that would take is a matching up of the addresses four addresses found for Mary Ellen Kennedy in the time period two in Harrow 204 Oxford Road and 3 Durham Road, the death registrations of Julian and James Maher will be at one of those addresses, and the death registration for George Forrest 25th December 1948 buried in Birmingham, Handsworth cemetery. The one in Fulham and Hammersmith 19 Ranelagh Gardens and does it match up for the address given for Michael Nicholas Kennealy born in 1946 in Hammersmith, There is a Mary A Murtagh born in 1945 in Hammersmith

There is a Catherine Forrest on the Birmingham electoral roll 1939 at 245 Dolphin Lane Moseley and a George Forrest also in Moseley. In 1939 the address was 113 Dolphin Road The address in Birmingham for George Forest on the electoral roll in 1945 you have a George Forrest Lichfield Birmingham and a Mary Kennedy at 27 Rockmead Avenue Lichfield Birmingham, so does it or the Catherine Forrest or George Forrest 1935, 1939 address match up with the death registration of John Charles Forest 1940, Christine White 1958 Volume 5F Page 38,Josephine Foley 1983 Volume 32 Page 0996, Now Josephine Ahern death registration was under the name Foley and there is a marriage registration for a Veronica Josephine Ahern to a Charles Foley 1950 in Cork and a Charles Foley death registration in Dublin for 1956

The Hastings 1964,1965 electoral register 34 Lodge Coulsdon East, Hastings reference ICC/PER/B/301, would have to be looked at to see if it matches up with the addresses for the death registrations Mary Ellen Kennedy 1998, Register Number B69A district number 4561B, Margaret Delaney 1994, Register number B57A district number 4561B and Isabella Smyth 2013. To have that collection of people at these four specific addresses is a pattern of events. Given that the addresses at which the death events happened does not match the registration. For example, Isabella Smyth died in Ballycastle Antrim and was on the electoral roll in a nursing home in a ten year time period prior to that. There are two other addresses for Mary Ellen Kennedy in the time period one in Camden and the other in Richmond.
