 Now why would anyone bracket together Barry White with Bankruptcy? It is not something Barry White would do voluntarily he was aware of the impact of his father’s bankruptcy in the 1950’s as he would make frequent references to that  Bankruptcy as an adult. So are there any other correlating Bankruptcy’s going through the courts at the moment which might have any link to him

In respect of Georgina Ryan White and an admittance of the amount Barry White settled on her in 2005 when she turned 18 Well the Petitioner has not mentioned the amount of the slanderous and defamatory Settlement as they did not know until that search was done of the amount

Now that Settlement on Georgina Ryan White – slanderous, libelous and defamatory to the Petitioner – was made by Barry White when Georgina Ryan White turned 18 in 2005 So it will be interesting to see what happens when the eldest of Barry White’s children by his marriage to Rosemary White nee Mc Donnell turns 18 Sunday 24^th July 2011 If she gets included in her birthday card a similar settlement and if so where has the money come from?

 If Barry White chooses to use the share he got from his mother’s estate split four ways of the children of his marriage would amount to approx €400,000 each And as Barry White is on a debtors list with Anglo Irish Bank whose bad debts are now with AIB and since his lifestyle since been appointed a Judge in 2002 has not changed Barry White has to have been using the savings and investments he made when he was earning as a barrister If Barry White was servicing that debt based on an interest rate at approx 7% it would be costing him €675,000 to €1.2m a year to service the loan depending on the length of the loan he took out

 Barry White’s wife Rosemary White Director of Corporate legal Affairs Oracle Ireland as admitted by a search engine used to access this blog Rosemary White’s Starting Salary with that company in February 2001 was €100,000 as admitted by Barry White to the Petitioner at the time as he was surprised at the amount paid for the type of position she was appointed to

 So Rosemary White’s salary cannot have increased tenfold in the last 10 years to counteract her husband’s loss of earnings as a barrister As on the last list that Barry White appeared on for Barristers earnings on free legal aid for 2002 Barry White was quoted at earning approx €1.2m – data available in the Irish Newspapers of the time

Now Emily G White in her unsigned will did split Barry White’s share of her estate four ways between the Children of his marriage so as to avoid any claim Georgina Ryan White might have on him as Barry White said in the time six month  period prior to Emily G White’s  death, and from January 2001 after the will was prepared and when Emily G White was asking Barry White to read over the will before she signed it The response from persons when it was said this might be a choice Barry White could take was “how will you know he has done it” “when his mother’s will was unsigned can he still go ahead with that option”

 Now the will was unsigned and the Petitioner has made numerous attempts individually and through their solicitor to get a copy of the unsigned will However Stephen Maher stated in November 2002 as it was unsigned it was not relevant to the estate and he would not release it On another occasion September 2004 Stephen Maher said in response to the direct question had a letter been left for the Petitioner’s attention Stephen Maher ‘s response was “if she left you a letter I would have given it to you”

 The fact the will was unsigned was down to Barry White as Niamh White said after Emily G White’s death for the last three months of her life every weekend when Barry White called to the house Emily G White asked Barry White to read over the will to see was he in agreement with the part in respect of his share of her estate going to his four children by his marriage so she could sign the will and send it back to Stephen Maher

 The Petitioner was seeking a copy of the unsigned will as a number of people including Garda Sean Allen said “did Emily G White not leave you a letter telling you all of this” So if Barry White chooses to “cherry pick” parts of the unsigned will that suit him The Petitioner will be left with no alternative but to challenge through the Four Courts Dublin for a copy of Emily G White’s unsigned will

Well there are only two Kennealy sisters alive who could set the record straight in respect of their sister Emily G White nee Kennealy however both seem reluctant So it could be said they were washing their hands of it and refusing to get involved

Pat Mitchell wife the Petitioner did try to contact her at the suggestion of the Lay Litigant in January 2007  The Petitioner and Lay Litigant called to the house she would not answer her door although her neighbours said she was in the house and the light was on in the front room

The Petitioner subsequently rang a Bruce E Mitchell one of Margaret Isabella Mitchell’s sons at his place of work and left a name and contact number and the reason for their call Bruce Mitchell did not return the call  the sister Marna Wilde nee Kennealy lives/lived in the United States died December 2014 Marna Wilde came over for her sister Emily G White’s funeral however made no attempt to set the record straight on behalf of her then dead sister The other sister Margaret Loretta Wild who married Albert Wild different spelling to the surname died in California 1999 Albert Wild died in Nevada in 1997

Now there is a sister in law still alive who was married to one of Emily G White’s brothers she is Elizabeth Kennealy the petitioner has met her three times in all of this since Emily G White’s death At the first meeting  September 2004 Elizabeth Kennealy  was the person who said to the Petitioner ” you were not born in 1957 who told you that” Elizabeth Kennealy died during the court case 2016 of a fatal heart attack while attending mass

At the second meeting January 2009 which the Petitioner set up at their Private Investigator’s suggestion Elizabeth Kennealy  said  when been told of the three registrations Kevin White made in the summer of 1966  Derval White 1966 June Cliona White July 1966  and The Petitioner August 1966  “He was a very busy man that summer” 

At the third meeting in December 2009 when Elizabeth Kennealy procured a copy of the Petitioner’s book  Elizabeth Kennealy said at that point both of Emily G White’s two remaining sisters were still alive and in fact Marna Wilde was due over to Ireland that Christmas
