When the petitioner spoke on the phone to Cliff Brasher Deloitte London in November 2005 and said that Jacqueline Rushliegh Belcher was dead his response was “that is a very serious allegation you are making” The petitioners response was “the documents are available to prove it and have you met the said Jacqueline Belcher in the last 4.5 years” Cliff Brasher did not answer that question Deloitte London wrote a letter to the petitioner in January 2007 confirming the phone conversation between the two said parties had taken place in November 2005
Proof Jacqueline Rushleigh Belcher was impersonated
The petitioner then based on those comments sent a flyer letter in November 2005 to the address given for Jacqueline Rushleigh Belcher in 1994 court registered documents Well two days later the petitioner gets a phone call from Barry White seeking a meeting the petitioner agreed and told Barry White the meeting would be taped He arrived at the meeting 40 minutes late with Hilary White and one other person who it was later shown was an impersonator of Brian Mc Caffrey The impersonator was 5ft 10 inches in height dark hair heavy build age category late forties early fifties As per Brian Mc Caffrey’s neighbour and local newsagent Brian Mc Caffrey is 5ft 4in in height grey haired slight build and aged 65 years The petitioner has three Dictaphone tapes of the two hours and ten minutes meeting in which the impersonator made three comments, any voice recognition analyst will be able to tell whose voice those comments came from
Michael Walsh a Garda in The Bureau of Fraud Investigation said that type of impersonation becomes a crime when documents are submitted claiming the person named signed off on documents saying they were in attendance when in fact they were not and as a result money was obtained by fraudulent means. It was the result of that meeting that led to the settlement Barry White on his daughter Nerys Georgina Ryan in the last quarter of 2005 The mother of the daughter is Nerys Ryan senior Also in the same time period Nerys Georgian Ryan altered her birth certificate which no longer shows Barry White as the father Only time will tell whether that was part of the fraudulent settlement As the 1995 book of condolence of Barry White’s father was signed by Nerys Georgina Ryan in the name Georgian Ryan White and when the petitioner asked Barry White why she was signing in that manner Barry White’s response was “ her birth certificate gives her the right to do so”
And since the comment by Aideen Monson/White was in 1997 or 1998 about events 10 years earlier . Did Nerys Ryan on hearing what Rosemary White nee Mc Donnell was saying around Dublin ask for an increase in payments for her silence which Barry White paid out of his income as a barrister until his mother died and then in 2001 out of the trust which he then had total control of and – went against his mother’s wishes to dissolve the trust on her death- . If that is the case then Nerys Ryan Senior and Nerys Georgina Ryan were fully aware in 2005 that the monies Barry and Rosemary White paid them came from assets that were not theirs to give
Hilary White’s role in all of this was to take on the mantle of the late Jacqueline Belcher as Barry White could not submit death certificates for Jacqueline Rushliegh Belcher Hilary White is the one who has documents lodged with Companies Registration Office Ireland which conflict with paperwork lodged in the Courts Service with Jacqueline Rushleigh Belcher signature on it The Petitioner has a record of all the documents The Relevant Tourist Authority lodged with the Companies Office with Hilary White’s signature on it The Petitioner also has all the documents lodged in The Probate Office signed by Emily G White as Jacqueline Rushleigh Belcher When the petitioner made known her comment on the impersonation the Petitioner saw Hilary White in January 2010 walking past Penney’s Dun Laoghaire with what seemed to be to all intents and purposes a minder so what was that about?

Niamh White’s DNA profile is now on record with the corners office and while the coroner has signed the death certificate and the certificate has now been registered with GRO 10 th March 2020 by the coroner cause of death acute ethanol toxicity date of birth 17th April 1951 date of death 29th November 2018

Now there is a Mery B Mitchell Close in Arklow Co Wicklow however as of 2nd July 2020 there is no Aideen Steadman on the electoral register at that address along with all of the other road nanms called St Mary’s in Arklow there is no Aideen Steadman at those roads As Nemesisone was told by a neighbour 27th June 2020 who had a friend in those offices that the Inspector in Social Welfare was told in May 2020 to remove documents he had been given so acting on instructions from person outside a public department A The person could have been a Mark Redland who spent 3-4 evenings per week between 5-7pm during lockdown in May 2020 sitting outside Nemesisone’s house in a car reg 192 D 51 He would be spoken to by a person very like him in looks who drove a 08 LS 1132 registered car The only difference Mr Redland had layers of skin not removed after fat removal s 9th May 2020 within a 5-7 minute time period Nemesisone went back to Social Welfare offices to ensure they had all the copies of their paperwork to find two pages had already been taken out which referred to Social Welfare knowing trusts had existed and Nemesisone informing social welfare they had not received them. So a fully public organisation of the Irish State assisting private individuals in deception cover up. Now also on that time period in May 2020 demographics were altered on a file for the source number which had been correct 14th January 2020, one aspect of the source number altered between 19th -21st May 2020 and then the source number totally altered, so what private individual asked for that and why? As it is a criminal offence to do such a thing. And any claims about late Niamh White who had Alzheimer’s and alcoholism as per her death certificate and whose DNA profile is in the coroners office for anyone making presumptive assertions Which means to accept something as factual without examination or proof, grounded on something that is not correct
